First time there in about 3 years, I had to stop to get my friend a double cheeseburger so got one for myself. Absolutely horrible….cold burnt dried out garbage. Looks like a bite was taken out of it. Gave it to the kitties outside in the back. Never again
The reason gave this place a 5 star is because the lady at the window is very kind :) very nice attitude we went around 7:30 today. She is a gem because there's not many people with awesome personality anymore. She deserves a raise for doing so much work too.
Gave me stale, cold mozzarella sticks, old chicken fries, and the unsweet tea they gave me since they didn't have any diet drinks at the time was literally water with ice. Both of the Tom's River Burger Kings are atrocious and I'll never go back to either of them.
For a Burger King ? the food was good. Meal was hot and the salad toppings were fresh. The Facade looks like an abandoned building yet the place still had a steady flow of customers while I was there. With A face lift and it would earn 4 stars on the Burger King ⚖️ scale.
I'm a frequent flier here. The food is good, though they're presently facing staffing shortages that impact timely service, but then, who isn't these days?
I'm pretty sure a whopper melt isn't supposed to be cold cheese and white bread. I laughed stuff happens . Than she asks is it bc it's not toasted? Idk but I know it's not supposed to look like that
I love there chocolate milkshakes there the best !!!But they need to fix there mic its busted an its frustrating when your trying to order food an they can't understand you SMH...
Hands down WORST Burger King. Me and my husband like to get the impossible whopper or the original chicken meal, so we decided to stop by on the way home, we ended up going inside to place our order and first of all dining room was disgusting! Trash bags full, dirty tables, napkins and lids were all over the counter. There was a few people in front of us in the line, me and my husband looked over and no one in the kitchen was wearing gloves! Or in a uniform for that matter with a hood on as well. Why is this allowed? Where is management?Why is management letting them take meat out with there BARE HANDS!!?!!! We were so disgusted we had to leave immediately and will NEVER go back. We decided to try this location out after hearing mixed reviews so we gave it a shot and the rumors are true absolutely disgusting. Management needs to fix this ASAP! 0/10 try your best to avoid this location at ALL costs.
2 for 2 on having hot food.Please continue this streak, seems like majority of BKs dont like to serve warm burgers.
Lady who worked the drive thru in the morning around 10am was extremely nice!! To me and my wife but also to my puppy Minnie. Great service and pleasant experience!!!
