Got a hibachi steak bowl. If I could only show you what entails a standard meat serving of this selection. ?Edit: Tried it for a second time and it was a much better experience. I think the original time we visited was just an off day. Looking forward to coming back.
My daughter has Celiac Disease and two employees at the Bubbakoos, Route 37, Toms River location assured me that the wraps they gave me were corn. As soon as I walked up to the counter to order, I told the employee that she has Celiac Disease, asked the employee to change her gloves, and explained that due to my daughter’s condition, she can only have corn wraps. The female employee said, "Yes, we have corn wraps." When they handed them to me in foil, I asked again, "These are corn, not flour, right?" A male employee then said, "Yes." As my daughter unwrapped the wraps, I saw that they looked like flour. I tasted them and they were clearly flour. I asked the male employee again, "These are corn?" as I pointed at them. He said, "yes," and the female employee overheard and agreed with him. I then explained that I tasted them and they are flour. She then shrugged and said, "Yes, they are flour." No apology. I was shocked. If my daughter ingested gluten at their store, it would have resulted in 4 hours of projectile vomiting and horrific stomach pain. It happens everytime she ingests gluten. These employees need to be properly trained in the seriousness of food allergies and the consequences of their carelessness.
we always come to this location even though it is further than others. the staff makes it worth that drive! the manager Vincent and the rest of his staff always make us feel like family. we appreciate their amazing customer service!!! and the food is always fresh!!
Super clean restaurant food was on point staff was friendly the manager Vinny was beyond helpful and friendly all food was correct and fresh

they can never seem to get anything right with delivery, i’ve gotten someone else’s order more than once. do better
This is the second time i've ordered from this Bubbakoo’s location and i have been dissatisfied both times. The first time, i realised they did not include the chips i paid for in my order; i did not come to this realisation until i returned home so i decided to not make a big deal about it. The second time, my order was said to be ready at a certain time and when i went in to pick up, the two girls were just standing around not fulfilling any orders and one of them said twice "it'll be a little bit." i also believe the girl on register was not in charge of prepping orders, so I don't have any qualms with her. i can understand if maybe more food needed to be prepared to fulfil my order but maybe don't just say "it'll be a little bit" as your response to an expecting customer. Additionally, they forgot my chips again but from past experience i made sure to check before i left the location and sure enough; no chips.i truly do love Bubbakoo’s food so i'm not going to bash that aspect, it's just unfortunate my closest location gave me poor experiences both times i ordered from them.

We ordered through Uber Eats due to CoVid in the home. Food was cold and tasteless. We ordered spicy and there was no sauces in the burrito. I spoke with the manager and they told us to bring the food back. I explained to him that was not possible due to being quarantined. He basically said that was not their problem and offered to give us sauce if we can figure out how to get it.
