The Jamoica almond fudge can not be gotten here, only a tasteless Jamoica. For as many people that work there the service is slow at best. My recommendation is, find a different place.
The worst still here outside I go in the store the girls on his cell phone she's too busy on her cell phone to even find out what anybody is a customer want and that is today right now
Going to say, as a door dasher that picks up from here often in morning, these employees look for easy way out! And in a community w 55 and older, they do not do right by there customers via delivery apps! Numerous times I ha e picked up a order, where they were out of a added flavor (hazelnut pump) instead of waiting for pick up, asking for different choice, they cancel refund, while these clients are still paying the full delivery fee for a single donut? Cause there large iced coffee w hazelnut was cancelled due to no hazelnut, allow these ppl to substitute!!! Instead of cancelling! Sad! Very sad
Bad experience and they did make up for it by sending me a gift card as compensation. I’ll give them that.

This Dunkin has a Baskin Robins in it. I took my 2 kids in for ice cream and had the WORST service. I counted 7 employees, 2 of which were standing, talking and drinking their coffees. I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes with no acknowledgement. When I finally got someone's attention, the employee seemed high because he couldn't remember a single order. Other customers started vocalizing their frustration as well. Crickets. The employees seemed to punish the customers with more neglect. We were finally helped by Justin who was more than polite and apologetic. Shame on the rest of the staff. I hope the GM, Brook, looks into how rude the staff is.
Google says they're open 24 hours I know with the pandemic they probably weren't always open 24 hours but I've gone there later at night before. I got off work really late one night made a special trip there just to get ice cream for dinner cuz it was too late to get real food and they told me that they were closed 2 minutes before I got there yet that's not what Google said and that's not what Google says now either. It wasn't super late and I was super surprised. I got an ice cream there one time at 11:00 at night but I go less than a week later and they're close at 9:45?

Found out the Jersey B-R’s are exactly NO better than the Chicago ones. Terrible service, multiple menu items posted but out of stock, ice cream they DO have often fails to be fresh. Don’t waste your time - go on to Dairy Queen or friendlys when in NJ.
