Your typical Starbucks. I guess there is a lot of traffic, not the cleanest.

Love the coffee here but the service is always very off and on. Went in today and it was busy but I didn’t mind the wait. I work in a restaurant business so I know things are difficult and crazy when it gets busy. As I waited there and watched the people pile in, the one girl (shorter, with black hair and wears it in a braid) starts to yell and bicker with the other 2 guys working there telling them that they are doing everything wrong. It was very loud and everyone was staring at them and getting annoyed because the coffee is already taking long and now they are stopping everything to yell at each other. I sat there for probably 15 minutes waiting for my coffee and then for them to say “oh we called your name like awhile ago”. I know my own name so I’m sure I would know if it was called. I looked at my sticker and they put my name in as “Thig” even though I spelt it out for them...T - A- I -G -E. Maybe if they just paid attention and stopped yelling at each other things would run more smoothly.

Every time I’m at this location it takes 5x longer than it should to get my order. 2 out of 3 of the employees will stand around while one makes drinks for in store and mobile orders. (For context I ordered a black iced coffee)
Been to many many Starbucks and this one is just bad. Most of my drinks all I could taste is milk and although service is good the drinks I’ve gotten are disappointing. I get lattes have milk but I like to taste my coffee in them too! If I can taste only the milk and flavoring I’d like to know where my coffee is being placed?Update: very quick response in staffing or training! Deff appreciate it and the brews being served are 100% better. Staff as always quick polite and friendly.
