They obviously desperately need more staff based on the experience we had. The place was not busy at all, and yet it took quite a few minutes for anyone to even come out and seat us. The utensils we received were dirty. I saw a fruit fly hovering around our table. They were out of stock of a lot of things, such as wraps, chicken, etc. The burgers were fine and nothing to complain about. But everything else such as service, cleanliness, and menu offerings, needs improvement.
Love the burgers and sauces here, Sarah our waitress was awesome, hard worker and pleasant. Also had a good experience at Easton red Robin, seems like the company hires good people. Wanna go back soon hopefully Sarah working!
Server was great! However the order was totally incorrect and manager never even came to table. Look at the attached rotten avocado they served my wife!
I’ve been to this location 3x and each time the service and the over all cleanliness of the place has gotten worse. The place is huge, and although they CAN social distance everyone is sitting right in the same area. The wait was long and when we sat to have our meal we found out why…the people next to us left about 5 minutes after we got seated, when we left both tables next to us were still dirty, which lead to my answer to why our table was sticky. The food wasn’t that great and it took about 5-6 times of us standing up to get a server to come ask what we wanted, and they would leave before we even got the chance to ask for anything else. Don’t think we’ll be coming back.
Omgosh my first time ever at a Red Robin and let me just tell you this one is phenomenal! Place was clean and quiet. Food was fast, fresh, delicious and filling! ERIN IS THE BEST SERVER I HAVE EVER HAD THE PRIVILEGE OF BEING SERVED BY!!! Her service was friendly and so outstanding!
I’ve come to the Rockaway Red Robin twice in about a month , the first time it was about 3pm and closed.Today Feb 15, my party arrived at about 4 and we were informed they had just closed????I’m confused as this is a restaurant and people eat dinner you know, at restaurants, inside at the tables. Usually around 3/7, what restaurant is consistently closed in the late afternoon?It’s mind blowing, I made a promise twice that my partner and I would eat there.We did get take out this time, that was not offered before?? And the person loudly informed us that now they have to clock back in and blah blah , I think it’s our last visit there for a while.Heard some are going out of business, but this is so mind boggling as to why they close at 3 or 4???We saw others come in while we waited for the food too, also waitresses coming in , if you’re not open why so many people working
Nasty red robin. We got to our table with crayons and used napkins all over the floor around it. We went with a party of 5 and both people that got beers found reminents of something at the bottom of their beers. The waitress told us it was a cork reminents, why there would be a cork in beer is besides me. We went to pay off the tablet and there was ketchup smeared all over it. When we told our waitress it was disgusting she told us it didn't matter because it wasn't working. Also, the bathroom urinal has paper towels stuffed in the drain. The cleanliness of this red robin is no different than a preschool or a college frat house. Also, I personally have food allergies. The previous time I went to red robin after expressing my concern for egg, they brought me out a burger with mayonassies on it. I'll never go to this red robin again.
The burgers were cooked to perfection. Medium well burgers were juicy with bacon and the sauce was added on not too much but just prefect that it didn't drown my burger. Bacon was a bit tough but thats minor. Overall I would come back for another date to red Robin. Also our waitress was super nice and attentive.
Do not go there there are a lot of rude and uneducated workers.Be careful
Red Robin was awesome. I love their Turkey burger, too! Active Menu was efficient and very responsive. I love how quick they were with Geri h the order through to Red Robin. I loved that they made me aware of when the order was placed, picked up, and communicated when/if my order was late. They even offered to refund a percentage because they were waiting for someone to pick up my order. I appreciate that and the over communication. I’ll be ordering through them again!
