I just purchased the new chicken sandwich. I had great anticipation about this new product. The reality for me was that there wasn’t much to get excited about. The chicken wasn’t crunchy or savory like the pieces have been in years gone by. (What happened to the 11 herbs and spices?) The toppings and sauce were unimpressive. Even the bun was unexciting. It was tasteless and fell apart with every bite. I can make far better spicy chicken sandwich at home. Although I have to go to the trouble to make this sandwich at home, my home-made version would blow this one out of the water. Having just moved into the area I was delighted with my first experience at this KFC. I had placed my order online for pick up the following day but the order got cancelled. When I explained the situation to the guys working at the counter, they took care of me very promptly and duplicated my order.The food was all delicious! I was most impressed with the way the young man at the counter served his customers. He was very polite and professional and smiled as he took care of everybody. Great job! I will definitely be back =)
I have to say that we've eaten at this Kentucky fried Chicken a few times and the other times it was actually good. However I really feel like they've giving up. The chicken was dry and had hard skin. Even the french fries were dry.The bathroom itself was disgusting and I really don't see how it would take much to keep it clean being such a small bathroom. Pulled up at 11:00.Was told they’re not open til 11:30 despite their website stating they open at 10:30.What kind of eating establishment doesn’t serve food until 11:30? I could order beer at a bar before I could order food at KFC. Something not right with this picture.
Do nor order from here, and if you do INSPECT EVERYTHING IN THE BAG(S). As usual with them and all chain restaurants..they cannot be bothered to fulfill your order. When I called the super unhelpful lady who answered apologized flatly, and said there was nothing they could do......I guess you really don't get what you pay for. Whatever they are getting paid it's WAAAAY too much
Bought a 8 piece bucket meal including biscuits, mashed potato and fries, 5 piece Nashville tenders and 1 spicy chicken sandwich from this KFC. Total was $42, more expensive than Popeyes. Extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. First of all, the biscuits were inedible, extremely hard as rocks, please see the picture. The drumsticks were raw with blood in them, my daughter threw up eating them. The thighs were very dry and hard, skins were so hard they were inedible. The chicken in the sandwich was super dry and hard too, couldn’t eat more than 2 bites. Overall we couldn’t finish 20% of the food and had to spend more money to get something else to fill our stomach. I called the restaurant to let them know the chicken and biscuits were not edible, the women on the phone was very rude and said she admit the biscuits were hard when she packed them but the chicken should be fine. Why would you pack them if you knew they weren’t good? Have some human decency and don’t give people garbage please. It’s already hard enough during the pandemic, it’s really terrible to feed kids rock hard food when they were excited about eating fried chicken, and got so disappointed and even threw up.Please be aware next time you order from this place.
The spicy chicken sandwich was great. Not quite as crispy as I've had from Popeye's and the chicken was edging on overcooked, but still something I would definitely come back for. Fries were also really good/crispy.
This employee named Qasim was very kind and polite. He took my order with ease and even asked if I wanted sauces, which I always forget. It's good to know that Kentucky Fried Chicken at least has some amazing employees.
Around 6 PM on a Saturday night at KFC in Rockaway, we ordered 16 PC bucket of Extra Crispy chicken with 3 sides and biscuits and 8 PC boneless chicken. The cost was $64+ to feed 6 people. After placing the order, we had to wait 5- 10 minutes in the parking lot for someone to bring us the order. The bucket of chicken was so dry that leftovers were not reheatable. It was very disappointing to get chicken that commericals make you want, and you get stuff that has been probably sitting out under a heat lamp all day.
I bought alot of food for the family and it cost me around $30 . It's a typical fast food place. I got my order pretty fast. The outside of the restaurant was clean and the most important thing.... THEY GOT MY ORDER RIGHT. No problems here
