I just don’t understand how one place could be so bad. I’ve never had worse coffee ever. My order has been so bad the past few months. I ordered plant based milk for my iced coffee and cold foam in the app and when I went to pick up my order they told me they were out of the extras I ordered and offered replacements that weren’t the extra $1+ I ordered. I opted for whatever they gave me and it was so gross. I called to ask if I could get a refund and the store manager offered to make me a new drink but I just want my money back. The drinks are never mixed and I keep waiting weeks in between visits to order- just enough time to forget how awful it was. I’m hoping I just get my refund. Even Panera’s coffee is better and that’s saying something.
Coffee was made incorrectly to what I ordered and cashier seemed confused with the easiest task. Not one of their finest chain stores
This is the absolute worst Dunkin’ Donuts probably world wide. I have never met a more rude staff in my life. The man told me there’s no counter service and forced me to use the kiask. The drive thru line was too long I guess. He then told me “I don’t have time for this” when I told him he forgot my whipped cream. He told me I didn’t order donuts even though my receipt clearly said I did. Every time I go there I have a problem with the little Indian guy. He sticks his finger in your face, holds his hand up to you. He is so rude. If he “doesn’t have time” to do his job properly maybe he needs to be fired. I’m so angry and I live down the street this isn’t the first time I’ve had a problem. My drink is only made properly one in every ten times. They never have donuts past 5 pm. How dare this man!! Also, asked me why I need a bag when I asked him for one- uhm bc I have a couple things to carry and my purse. Again I’ll say how dare this place
They are fast and nice people.Quick in and out around 10am.
Always prefer this one over the one on greenpond. My coffee always tastes the same and they always mix it instead of leaving everything sitting at the bottom.
They always get my order right and if they can add some munchkins or a donut or 2.
My grandson and I visited this store twice after school. The store was clean and their Doughnuts, Cakes, and Ice Creams were well displayed. The added highlights were the employees interactions with my grandson. They were hospitable, engaging and funny.

Ordered a DECAF extra light extra sweet, received a reg coffee not decaf 1 sugar and barely light. Didn't have any of my top 5 donuts at 2pm.. Actually didn't have much of anything to purchase.
