In my opinion this is my least favorite dunkin to order from. On multiple occasions they have gotten my order wrong which okay yeah no big deal but i never say my order just once plus a lot of the workers are also very rude to me acting as if it was my fault that they got the order wrong. I just hope they can work on being more friendly and not acting like me saying I'm sorry but this is the wrong order is the biggest deal in the world.
Hey guys, I’ve driven all over New Jersey and this Dunkin’ Donuts make the best hot latte. With a regular hot latte or decaf hot latte it is great. They are off exit 39 from interstate 80. Going westbound off the exit make a left. To exit Dunkin’ Donuts go towards the hotel and make it left to get back on the Interstate. Easy on easy off. It is worth a try. I warn you, you’re gonna get hooked.
The man that took our order today informed us that they were out of coconut milk for a refresher. My boyfriend politely told him "oh that's okay can you take it off for us?" and the man kept asking us to which my boyfriend had to reiterare to take it off at least 4 times. Then was annoyed and told us to hurry and pick another drink. We picked one as the man was still telling us and tried to tell him but he kept talking over us. After waiting for him to stop the man says "good for the love of God". Overall, quite rude and ridiculous. We were in line ordering for maybe 2 minutes and there was 1 car behind us. It was also 11:40am and not busy. If your employees lack people skills don't put them on drive through just have them make coffees.
They have a kiosk that you place orders and pay on. Its convenient if they have a lot of customers to service. However, I feel it removed the human aspect of ordering food. I like to change up my drinks and the kiosk didnt give me the option to do that. My drink was still good just missing a little something special.
Had a very long drive ahead and needed fuel to stay awake. The guy with the cool tattoos offered me the wakeup wraps that are unique to the South and my coffee was piping hot. Really helped on my 15 hour drive back up to NYC... He also let me use the rest room which was super clean . Shout out to you home boy you are awesome .
The employees were rude and impatient. They also got the order wrong.But I'll say this the coffee was good compared to other DD establishments.

I believe they must have new management. If we order inside or out side usually they get something wrong. Although friendly I felt I needed to change my stars. They also forget they have inside customers... Empty room and not clean..
I like the sausage egg and cheese on a croissant sandwich real nice
Place wasn’t the cleanest.I wouldn’t let my dog go to the bathroom in the store. They had a kiosk for ordering and they still got it wrong.
