Very weirded staff and misbehaved while picking up the order.
Since the store owner CLAIMED that Domino's customer service will handle the issue, The double charge was never resolved. Domino's customer never replied to follow-up tickets; there is NO phone customer support. The store owner should have taken full responsibility for the mishap and corrected it, however, he chose the easy way out and delegated the issue to DP customer service which does not really exist! Very disappointed!!!
We have ordered several times from Rockaway location. We have requested delivery each time. Today will be the first time in the last 4 deliveries that the man who delivered brought us everything we have ordered. Past deliveries, they have managed to forget dipping sauces or soda. Thank you to the delivery guy!
I ordered for the frist time this location and was horrible, I got pizza , and the spinach bread and we couldn't eat it, the spinach and cheese had a terrible taste, I thought everything in the garbage. Even my kids they eat anything , and couldn't eat it , never again . So disappointed.

Franchises seem like they should all be the same but they're not. Great managers hire great people and that's what's happened here. Sure, this Dominos uses the same ingredients as other Dominos but this place gets it right. The food isn't undercooked, they keep ingredients in stock, the drivers have been careful to make sure my order is complete, they're careful to carry the pizza flat instead of vertically, and they're actually friendly. Those were all criticisms I had of the Dominos where I used to live - the difference is really noticeable.
Got the wrong order then when I called them to get the right one re delivered they never came ??
The best Pizza I had in a long time. Jeff was so awesome - I made a mistake while ordering & he cheerfully offered to rectify it for me, took the Pizza back & what I got as replacement was just superbbbbb! It was hot, spicy, cheesy & exactly what I was looking for!Am definitely going back for this favorite “Jeff” Pizza of mine ?

Bought Pizza via a gift card. Their credit machine did not reflect the charge on their computer. Cashier processed card manually. I was double charged for the same amount. I showed the cashier the issue. I contacted Domino’s customer service and provided copies of the receipt and a month later, the only thing I received back is canned replies by several reps promising to look into the issue! There is no way to contact them via phone! This more of a review of the Domino’s terrible customer service not necessarily the store’s employees who were nice! I bought lots of Pizza from the store via credit card and I had no issues. Seriously, I don’t trust using the gift card remaining balance there. Adding another star just for the reply by owner.
