Sat waiting for service for over 15 minutes. Not one person, other than the host who sat us but never said hello. We had numerous wait staff and other staff pass us without saying hello or looking at us. The table next to us comes in and is seated for a minute and the bus who just walked past us stops at the other table and gets them a server. Was our first and last time. Never again!!

One Saturday night I came around 10is pm, restaurant still busy, 1 staff about closing one of the register didn't even look at us or say hi, my husband and me waited about almost 15 mins, one of the other staff was there, she saw us but didn't try to help us. We almost walk out then someone get us in. That wasn't our first time got this experience. I hope the host checking the lobby more often.Our server was great, he was very helpful and food was good.
Chelsea , Maria ,hana were amazing. was quick and very responsive . It was packed full of people and treated us like gold. I’m not gonna lie I’ve had some hard times at this place but she changed my mind about bdubs the wings are ok and the food is decent but the girls there made us feel welcomed . If they leave I probably won’t go back to bdubs in rockaway but since we started school they take care of us. Management better not let them go
Our waitress Hanna was hysterical and very helpful! Clean plates all around. Definitely coming back soon!!
This Buffalo Wild Wings is by far the best one that I’ve ever been to. It is clean, the service is amazing and they are extremely kind an welcoming. When I’m here I feel like it is very homey and like the servers are like family. Hana is one of the amazing servers her and she is so funny and benevolent! I over all love this place not to mention the best food I’ve ever had in my entire lifetime. I will never stop going here and I will never stop loving it.

Decided to go out for a bite to eat on a Saturday night with my wife. We had been here once before during 2021 COVID and it was kinda empty. Also lunch on a federal holiday. Anyway, place was jumping with plenty of happy patrons. Food was quick and good. The Everything Seasoned Bagel Bites were awesome. We sat at the bar and had plenty of entertainment. Place was clean and staff was very nice.
My wife and I come to this restaurant many times. I have to say it's very pleasant, knowing that we come to a place that is honest and family friendly. On one occasion my wallet had fallen on the floor. The bus girl KIMBERLY saw my wallet on the floor. And her honesty ! She picked up my wallet and handed it to me. Because of her we enjoy coming to this restaurant. We made a new friend. She is the best.
