Nothing like u seen on tv ads. This place was empty it was dirty. Person taking my order could not comprehend what I was saying ... I know help is hard to get especially when u pay substandard salary. But that’s no excuse for the quality of the food. Kinda like the same thing u see in Subway Ads. Food don’t reflect what u see on tv. Neither does the person serving u. My advice... stay away. Far away
After seeing the commercials for their $5 Wing combo on TV, I was looking forward to giving it a shot. Firstly, it was $6 for 6 pieces. The fries were good, but the wings themselves were really disappointing. It was like someone heated up breaded chicken nuggets in the microwave, put it in a cardboard box, then filled the box with buffalo sauce. Not only that, but they didn't include any utensils or any type of ranch or blue cheese sauce to dip the buffalo wings in.
Very mixed feelings on this establishment. One thing I always loved were the crinkle cut fries. Delicious and even taste great reheated. The food in general was tasty and served nice hot. However the beef gyro seemed extremely small.We all know pictures of food can be deceiving in size and appearance but it was handed to me wrapped yet very short in length. I purchased 2 of these meals and both were packed well & garnished but quite disappointing in size.What really disillusioned me was the final cost for a large fries & soda with this gyro. Never again will I pay $25 for two large meals of this kind.Absolutely deceiving in its poster picture and on its tv advertising.Commercialism bait & switch at it's best. Convince buyers with a great appearance on the main course within the meal deal yet fill the client with what costs the corporation the least amount of money, Fries & Soda.Like I said, I bought only 2 meals and spent just a bit over $25.Sorry Arby's, fool me once but the buck stops there.
Anyone who gives this establishment a bad review is lying. Not only was the Custer service impeccable but the food was delicious hot and fresh. I was late to work cause I ate my food in the parking lot but it was totally worth it. The peach lemonade was great it wasn’t bland and it wasn’t too sweet. The Ruben sandwhich was amazing and the curly fries made the meal better. Overall great experience for me since this was my first time trying Arbys and I will definitely be returning. Please give the staff a raise.
Fast service and the boneless Buffalo wings were great
Was closed when I decided to get me some Arby's on a weekday early afternoon. Cars go to drivethrough, wait 5 mins and leave. Ppl in line thought line was moving but instead cars were driving away. I checked the front door, locked.Added 1 star extra because I like Arby's.
The food was good, but the service was slow. It was not very busy and it took almost 10 minutes to get my order.
It's clean. The employees arw friendly. The food was fresh and hot. For a fast food place i would definitely recommend stopping in.
Fantastic drive thru service! All of the food was hot and fresh. Plenty of condiments and napkins. Definitely worth the hour round trip. We will be back!
Best mozzarella sticks! (If they have them that day) and love the Jalapeño roast beef sliders and classic sandwich
