Every time we go there we get a salad and pizza. The salad never comes with serving tongs. We always have to ask for it. The pizza never comes with a serving spatula. We always have to ask for it
We had a girls day out and enjoyed our time and dinner at Urban CaolHouse. There were six of us girls so trying to decide on food and beverages is always a challenge, lol!!! Alice was our waitress and she was fabulous!!! Very attentive, patient and sweet!! Thanks Alice for making our day!!!
Service was exceptionally accommodating and friendly. We made a number of special requests and each one was handled perfectly. m Pizza and eggplant rollatini was very good. Caesar salads were fair with brick-hard croutons. Decaf cappuccino was available and that was a treat.
It’s okay, had better . Expected hot pizza not warm pizza and salad was sweet and soggy. Took longer for us to get our drinks than our food ?
Drove an hour to this location in Red Bank for the first time, but we were unfortunately disappointed. I enjoyed my cocktail, but everything else was blah. The waitress wasn’t that friendly. We were excited to get the wings, but nicely asked if we could please only get flats, not drums and she immediately said “no the cook isn’t going to do that he doesn’t like to customize anything, it depends on who’s working”. I don’t know I just felt like it was a very unprofessional answer and that she didn’t even really ask. I would go back to the Hoboken location instead, the waitress we had there was so nice.
The food was very good. I would not recommend the mixed drinks. The two I tried were watery and one of the drinks didn’t even have hints of the flavors it was supposed to have.
