Got the Western Pork Roll Sandwich. Absolutely delicious, full of flavor, great value for the size of the sandwich. Definitely recommend. Place was very clean, classic counter diner vibe, staff were very friendly and got my sandwich pretty quick.
Visited this spot after going to the red bank farmers market for the first time and it didn’t disappoint. We got three sandwiches and some tots. Everything was great and big enough to save half of each sandwich for a lunch later. I would suggest reading the timeline wall for some interesting facts while you wait.
Not only is a pork roll focused restaurant a fantastic idea, but they perfectly executes this classic NJ staple breakfast sandwich. Ample amount of pork roll cooked just right, gooey over medium egg, melted cheese and a very soft round roll. Was craving another one all day and can't wait to have it again.

I think 9$ for a regular pork roll sammy seems a bit steep, so I probably wont be back very often.But, that being said. It was delicious, perfectly cooked. Over easy eggs with the yolks broken, but not leaking all over. Loved it.
The man himself , the pork roll don blessed my sandwich with his hands. It was that much better. Had the classic pork roll egg and cheese - and the grilled cheese (pictured) and the Cubano — all legit and really good. The staff is very welcoming and feels like an intimate sandwich speakeasy / old school greasy spoon. Who wouldnt make a uturn when you see a sign that says Pork Roll?The sandwich was exactly what I needed on a windy day. Perfectly prepared. They also suggested a local hot sauce which was just the right amount of spice and flavor. Coffee is good as well.Staff was warm and engaging. We stayed and talked for about a half hour and had a great time.Dont miss your chance to stop here. You will not be disappointed.
No where else I would go for New Jersey's finest. Johnny pork roll has the best pork roll egg and cheese hands down. From the runny egg to the crispy porkroll it blows your mind everytime. Good music...good vibes...great service.
