This is the third time I’ve been here and the girl that works there is so rude. I always order scrambled eggswith cheese. Each time it’s this huge deal. The last time I got it but I had to take 10 minutes to explain to the cook what the difference is between that and a cheese omelet. This morning I ordered this again and I didn’t get it again the women behind the counter was so rude and told me I’m wrong that this is scambled eggs and I got so annoyed that she’s arguing with me I said forget it and just left it’s so annoying never again HORRIBLE Customer service
Who charges extra for meat on a breakfast Sandwhich?? Tried to charge me 10$ for a bacon egg and cheese. What a rip off. Wouldn’t pay over 5 dollars for that.
Horrible. I asked for scrambled eggs with cheese and I said not a omelette and bacon on the side she repeated it back to me and does exactly what I told her not to do ! I bring it back she tells me the omelette is scrambled eggs and I asked for scrambled eggs with cheese inside the eggs and the cook had to come out and ask my wife what us was and she said omelette NO NOT A OMLETTE HOW HARD IS IT TO MAKE EGGS!! At this point I asked for a refund and the lady told m she don’t know how to use credit card machine ! Are you serious every time I go to a gems it’s horrible !!!!
