The worst experience ever. An employee name Rosa rolled her eyes on me when i asked for oatmilk. And also she said we can’t do it. Asked for no sugar they put sugar. Never again….
I bought a chocolate stout cold brew. The coffee tastes like watered down burned coffee.
The food was good (alright) but the workers had a little attitude and I ask for ketchup and they didn’t gave me any. I’ve been to a better dunkin’ donuts!
When I walked in the staff didn't even acknowledge me for 5 minutes. I was the only customer there. Not even a 'Hello, I'll be right with you. We are a little backed up. I made sure I was visible. It was as if whoever was responsible for first contact with customers was silently saying "Get out and take your unwelcome money with you, AND DON'T COME BACK! So I did, and I won't. And this isn't the first time I've experienced this kind of contemptuous temperament at this location. Thanks for the backhanded motivation to eat healthier.

Usually pretty quick in the mornings. Sometimes they take a little longer when they only have 2 people working, but there's lot much you can do about that. Only complaint is when they only lightly toast their bagels, so I don't get that nice crunch I want from a toasted bagel
