I only order for my son and I must say the wait time sucks!!! I place a order at 730 and it shouldn't take 2 hrs to deliver a plain pizza this not the first time I should of known the first couple times its not the same like years ago my suggestion is to shut this place down other places come quicker never again they have lost my business.
I don’t think the people that work there understand the rules of the two minute delivery if I pull up and you stop at 53 seconds but then take another five minutes to actually bring it to my car, that’s cheating. Then they didn’t cut the cheesy bread at all. The pizza was sort of cut but not all the way through. It’s dominoes so I don’t expect a lot I just wish they had actually used a knife to make it so that the pizza is ready to eat.
I lived in keansburg for most of my life the domino's on main street in keansburg hands down never let me down food is always perfect I moved to red bank a little while back the first time I tried to order from domino's the app wouldn't work and they didnt pick up the phone and when they finally did pick up the phone I was left on hold for 18 mins now I tried it again today and I got the pizza witch is not good at all the crust has no garlic the pizza itself barely has flavor never in a million years would I ever think I would have a complaint about domino's pizza but this right here is another level of disappointment
We ordered pizza last night first over the phone where we heard a bunch of employees who actually answered the phone proceed to say “oh it’s a delivery order” and hung up not once but twice. After we ordered online we still got our pizza which was burnt around the edges and essentially “rushed” mind you we only live a few blocks away. If you don’t wanna work - close earlier.
They’re over 20 minutes or more late the 3 times I ordered, food was cold all three times, and the location doesn’t answer the phone!
Just ordered a pizza and the guy on phone said my 2 pizzas we’re going to be $17.00 when they got to my house and ended up being $29.00… on top of that the wait for the pizza to get here was an hour. If you have choices of where to order your pizza I recommend choosing somewhere else if you can…
