Always great fresh food!
The staff is beyond incompetent. I showed up for lunch on a Monday afternoon (place was nearly empty) but it took 30 minutes for them to make me a burrito. None of the employees were wearing gloves. As soon as I bite into the burrito I spit out a huge pink finger nail. Gross! Because of this experience I will never eat at any Chipotle location again.
I order from the chipotle app and my order was never delivered. I was never notified and when I try to get in contact with support it took me at least an hour to get through to them so that I could have my money returned to my debit card. The same chipotle restaurant on my last order did not give me the items I payed for.
Only got what amounts to half an order. And they forgot the salsa for the chips. Never ordering from here again. The fact that they do this when you order online versus being in the restaurant is just scummy in my book. Never again.
EXPECT extremely small portions!!! Beware you will overpay for 4 oz of protein!!The Saturday/Sunday afternoon individual who is responsible for serving protein is an abomination. He serves less then a spoon of any desired protein, so you have to order extra, then, when you order extra, he gives half a spoonful, you pay for extra just to get the normal serving size. Terrible!!!! He’s also afraid to wrap burritos so don’t even bother! Honestly stay away at all costs on the weekend, you will not get your moneys worth, you’ll overpay for a small meal and incompentence !!! What a terrible experience
I am not one to leave bad reviews, unless the experience was so awful that I have to. But I went with my family and stood in the line to only be told chicken is out the wait is 20 mins and I would have to get back on line if I wanted it again. So we just got our kids meal. And they then served the chicken to customers online asmy wife completed the purchase. I had made an order online so I could sit with my family while I wait and combined to the manager Darissa who said wait was shorter and I can cut but expected me to tell the line of customers. I told her I had an online order she said ok and left me. Then the order took an additional 25 mins with me standing and waiting and the manager just snickering at me. Unfortunately very childish.
a shame to have this be the only local chipotle. this place was great when it first opened but now everytime i order chips are missing and ingredients missing from my orders. they are always inconsistent and i've watched workers wipe their hands on their dirty aprons before making more food. this place is an absolute wreck.
I would give this location 0 stars if i could, but the food is still so good. It is frankly the most annoying thing ever, the website says they close at 10 pm, its 8:24 pm and the doors are locked. i just want my burrito.
Sometimes you get the A team, sometimes you get the B team and sometimes you get high-school kids who wandered in this morning.I eat here a lot and it is not consistent... Which can be annoying as that's one of the reasons someone may go to Chipotle.Many other reviews around this time (early 2022) seem also to suggest lack of consistency (closing times, ordering online etc). Perhaps something is up with the management.
Showed up to buy a burrito bowl, burrito, and 2 cups of queso and was informed that they ran out of queso unless I ordered it online so I had to wait an additional 20 mins just for a cup of queso cause apparently they only can serve queso if it’s ordered online, by the time I received the queso it had been 25 mins and my burrito and burrito bowl were already cold. Very upset with the fact that the girl couldn’t just walk over to the queso on the to go side and serve me the queso with my food. Very poor attitude and costumer service. Also the kid making the to go orders keeps checking his phone and then continues to roll peoples burritos with the same gloves on. There’s a pandemic going on, you would think they would be a little more considerate to everyone’s health. Very dirty establishment and no one even bothers to clean or wipe down the tables. It’s disgusting.
