Going down hill. They used to have the best bread, now it's average at bestI had 3 sandwiches in the last 7 days, after today, no more second chances. It's not only the bread that went down hill.I guess they have new management. No more Brennans for me.
Great deli with plenty of outdoor seating. Coffee was cold though.
Bread was very stall. Didn’t have any sub rolls left. Spent 60 plus dollars for six sub par sandwiches. Been hear a couple of time before and had good sandwiches. Tonight wasn’t one of them. Wouldn’t be back.

Sandwiches are good , but NO different than any other deli. Very expensive! They hide behind the upscale image to boost prices.
I have always been a fan of Brennan’s but every time I order a corned beef on rye I end up with pastrami which I don’t mind so much. Today being St Patrick’s day I thought okay they’re not going to get it wrong, right? Wrong, the corned beef looked like bacon slices, which makes it kind of inedible. The rumson location usually gets it right but seriously disappointing that the Middletown location rarely does. All of the sandwiches are very good, except the corned beef even on st patty’s day, I do like their Caesar salads and their summer shrimp also
It was just okay. I wish the chicken was Itailian styled thin. This was huge thick piece. A lot to chew before
A technology issue that caused an error and a delay in our online order was resolved in-store by the manager and was also acknowledged with a call from a friendly customer service rep who wanted to listen and hear about the issue so it could be corrected. Brennan's is not just out there making delicious food but is also truly invested in improving on the customer experience. Our company looks forward to ordering from them again.
I ordered a sandwich and asked for a side of balsamic on the side first of all i don't think one should be charged at all for it we pay enough for the sandwich but 75 cent for a little container really and its not the money its the. Principal times are hard enough stop gouging people!!
