Offering bad wages to employees, then blaming a “labor shortage” for reduced services and hours passed on to the customer. Would be better off selling the franchise to a real business person who can take ownership of the situation.

This place closes early all the time, and when you go there they always have an excuse of why they’re clocking early, online it says 11, it never closes at 11, they’re far gone by then, at the restaurant on the door it says 10, I have gone multiple times before 10 and they close down the drive through early, what a joke of a Taco Bell, go to oakland or park ridge instead, stay away
It's the best place to eat for chicken and tacos
It will always take 20-30 minutes for your order. I have gone a few times since living in the area, and it's always the case. Also order is usually wrong, my girlfriend and I are both vegetarian and we got meat. I wouldn't recommend because of this

Came in at 750PM. Was not impressed. Would not return.Pros - food was hot. Looks ok.Cons - no one was at register. We had to yell to get someone to come take order. Major language barrier with the staff.Taco bell food didn't have much flavor, the tortillas were crunchy like they were old and stale.The kfc chicken tasted like it had been out for hours sitting in the warmer. not tasty. Didn't enjoy. Fries same.
They close at 10 not 11 and are very rude about it
Closes at 10 pm Mon - Thursday and Sunday. Drove a great distance only to find the joint closed. My day is immeasurably ruined. Fix your hours on google.
