This Panera Bread is in a convenient location with plenty of parking in a useful shopping plaza. Ordering stations were working and easy to use. My order was well prepared and finished quickly even though it was busy. This Panera has such a sad outdoor sitting area compared to other Paneras I’ve visited. Besides being unattractive, the area has no station for used dishes or trays.
The level of incompetence is mind blowing. Ordered a half turkey sandwich with soup and they put some horrible tuna-resembling mush with tomatoes. I went back to ask for the correct one. Wait 5 min as orders after mine were prepared. Asked how much longer…5 more minutes of waiting and still nothing. Finally just asked for a refund.
Traveling up north from SC. Clean and all employees that I dealt with were very polite and helpful . Soup was hot and sandwich was fresh. Just what I expected of Panera.
Ordered oatmeal two days in a row. First day I found a tomato in it, which I understand can happen due to the proximity of ingredients to each other. So I decided to give them another try today...and ended up with 2 tomatoes and a piece of lettuce. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE as this kind of contamination could be deadly to someone with food allergies.

great staff ,friendly very consistent food. not fast food and its worth it. tastes like home made. all vakery items are amazing. wish their coffee was a bit stronger but its a minor issue
Excellent experience placing the order with Hugo at the front cashier. The challenge is getting the right items ordered from the Kitchen. We ordered a french onion soup and some other items to go. After driving away, There was no french onion soup but a vegetable soup. I had to drive back to tell them. The lady at the kitchen asked me for the soup, i give it back to her and then she apologizes and asked me if i want croutons and cheese. I say of course. I headed out. Can you believe we have to drive back again, because they still missed ingredients in the soup (cheese)? Come on guys, customers should not be dealing with this nonsense and driving to you 3X especially considering the price of gas. Something serious needs to be done in that damm kitchen ?
Extremely poor service. Guy forgot half my order. Then, ran after me in the parking lot to give me some of it. When I reached home realized there was no bread, no croutons and some other stuff was missing. Check your orders before you leave. this was a mistake I made to trust them.
First time eating there and loved everything about the food. Friendly staff and cozy environment 10/10 recommend!
