Floors were sticky. Highchair was sticky. Toilet didnt flush. Food was lackluster. Waitress was rude and unprofessional and laughed at one of our table guests for asking if anything made without milk ( even after we explained it is due to a dairy allergy). Service was not good throughout. We won't be back, sucks because we used to love this location.
Went post lunch time. The pancake were still fresh and well done. The Tilapia fish seemed fresh and was grilled well.Service was good. The staff were friendly and hospitable.Rating 4 stars only because there weren't many halal options.Can see myself coming back just for the pancakes.
The young man at the door was sure a breath of fresh air. Attentive to all customers and friendly. The very clean bathrooms and fresh food is amazing, then you add the opulent service. 5 stars.
yes we are from saddle River and we come to IHOP in Ramsey . I have to tell you, the place is extremely clean decorated nicely the food is excellent and more than that we had this wonderful manager that helped us. his name was William because of him we shall be back on a continuous basis. he should be the the general managerRobert Peters

Every time I order for delivery and I get three pancakes all they send is one thing of syrup. What kind of service is this.

I came here the day after Christmas at 7 AM and it was amazing. I felt so good getting to eat some of the first things they made that day. The combo meals are so ideal and they always have a special pancake for winter which I love. I will definitely keep going back for the rest of my life!
My boyfriend and I love IHOP. We could eat breakfast food at any time day or night. The IHOP of Ramsey is our go to location. The staff are amazing. We always feel like we are going to a friend's house for dinner with the way they greet us. The restaurant is always clean, the wait staff always friendly and the food is always just how we order it and delicious every time. If you're in the area or just passing thru, stop in the Ramsey location and get yourself some IHOP goodness.
This is the prettiest IHOP I've visited. It's currently decked out for the season with Christmas wraps; and the staff are wearing antlers. Fun! Felix, our waiter insisted on being called Rudolph! The food was comforting and service was friendly and efficient.
