Just your typical Dunkin’ but 5 stars because Angie is the sweetest lady! So nice to be greeted with a smile and enthusiasm. She adores kids and brought us some extra cold milk so the kids don’t get burned on their hot cocoa. Small gestures like that are what make a place great.
My best friend and I have to Dunkin in the past and most of the time, they've gotten their own signature latte wrong. We don't ask for anything special or customize it and they somehow get it wrong 98% of the time. We've since gone to Starbucks for better service and drinks.
Frequently sold out of items. Also if you order via DoorDash for delivery, they make drivers call customers because they are unable to contact DoorDash customers directly which can be a potential for a disaster when it comes to order accuracy. Staff are nice though.
Dunkin Donut's always serve great products, however this place for the most part seem to run out of stock frequently. I keep adding a simple vanilla or chocolate donut for my order and they keep telling me out of stock. Gave 2 stars since Dunkin Donut's food still fits the bill.
I got a coffee and it had a USED GLOVE IN MY COFFEE. all they did was give me a refund. That was the most disgusting thing. I should not be worried about a used glove in my coffee.
Ordered by mobile. Came to pick up and sandwich wasn’t ready. Was told no croissants. Asked for refund and was told they “don’t give refunds on mobile orders.” Now they are making croissants in the back but could have done that 15 minutes ago when I actually placed my order. Dunkin’ Donuts app should not make foods and beverages available to order if they are NOT available.
Very Rude and disrespectful avoid this location unless you want nasty employees serving you
We actually went to Baskin Robbins. There is no sign indicating the ice cream flavors. The receptionist messed up our order (wrong cone) and didn't seem familiar with the ice cream options. The ice cream was good, though.
Ordered mint coco chip and got this.
They never listen as I order the iced Coffee because they always give it to me and I do not like its flavor always strong much more coffee than iced vanilla coffe.
