Ordered my pizza through the dominos app, around 30 minutes later (give or take) it’s still being quality checked so I call the store and I asked why my pizza was taking so long and the person on the phone says “it’s only been 26 minutes”, I don’t understand why a simple “sorry, the driver is leaving now” is so hard to say instead of being rude
Ordered here several times during my stay. The pizza and wings were fresh everytime. The sodas are fresh too. They delivered the order within a decent time frame. They did not forget sauces or anything.
When placing carry out don’t expect to use the $3 tip off of you order for that day but a week after and wait it expires so you have no choice but to order again so they force you to use it
If I could do zero Stars I would. We had a $75 order and was missing the garlic bread dipping sauce and icing for the cinnamon sticks. So my husband called to ask if we could get what was missing from our order. The lady that he first talked to said that he could get a refund or a free pizza for the next time. But we just really wanted the icing for the cinnamon rolls and the garlic bread and dipping sauce. Then the supposed driver that delivered our order said that he gave it to my husband. My husband said no I'm sorry you didn't. The man continued to argue with my husband saying that he did. My husband told him our address and the man then started to rethink. My husband asked to talk to a manager. The manager Seth came on the line and my husband explained the situation. Seth said that we could get a refund. My husband continue to say that we would just like the rest of our order. Seth says sorry I can't do that we're really busy right now. My husband says so am I less important than your other customers and Seth told my husband to calm down and if he wanted he would send the stuff out and my husband said yes I would like the stuff and Seth rudely continue to talk to my husband and told him to calm down and what was the big deal or issue since he's getting what he wants. We order often from Domino's but will not be ordering from this place again. If that's the leadership of the store my goodness.....
Delivery or curbside pickup is not working at this location. Neither do these guys honor free pizza if they don’t deliver at curbside in 2 min. When asked why do they not deliver curbside the guy at the counter started yelling .
The store has never disappointing me in delivering food when needed. 10/10 for sure

The staff is very friendly. Been in to pickup a few times and the place is kept very clean. Probably the best Domino's I've ever had. Not sure why others can't do what these guys are doing.
Today we ordered three medium Hand made Pan pizzas: extravaganzza, Deluxe and a plain cheese, all three were done to PERFECTION. I know it depends upon who is making them, to be honest, last time, the toppings were not enough, but today it hit the spot.. Please keep it up.. and please give our thanks to all your staff who was on the shift. It was an amazing experience.. Usually, I eat two slices, today I ended up eating three :-)..
