Generally I like the Chipotle experience but not that location in Ramsey. Never have seen as a stingy of a location as this one. I went there about a dozen times and not a single time in which those kids working there filled a bowl with a reasonable amount.
Most of the times, they disappoint you. Rice is either over cooked or less cooked, and tables are always dirty, they don’t clean them often.
Expect to pick up your order 20 minutes to a half hour after you place it. Can’t blame the workers, they’re doing the best they can, but like others said the location just doesn’t seem to be set up to keep up with mobile orders. I’d recommend that you either go in to order, or order online without expecting your food to be ready when it says it will be on the app. Otherwise you will be sorely disappointed sitting for 20 minutes with about 6 other people checking to see where their order is.
I just got the best burrito I ever had in my life. It was the first time at no point Did the burrito fall apart. It was stuffed with pretty much everything
Just got a burrito with the shredded beef. The beef was cold. They should temp all their products. I'm disappointed
this location is clearly not equipped to handle online orders... constant wait times and orders are backed up to over an hour no matter what day, clearly understaffed and had constant mistakes with my ordersedit: and now still a month later the staff blatantly doesn't care as i was able to witness in the location. multiple times now orders were messed up and even forgotten. it is clear that getting food out as fast as possible is all that matters, with no quality to be found. i should not be getting other peoples orders or having to drive back because they forgot to complete the order, it is beyond ridiculous.
Paid $30 on 2 bowls and the rice ? was not cooked all the way SMH Y'ALL HAVE TO DO BETTER THEN THIS CHIPOTLE!!!!! ?️??♂️???
Ordered a burrito bowl for pickup and the order was delayed. As if that wasn’t enough the order had incorrect ingredients and rice in bowl was semi cooked and could feel like chewing raw rice.
I had ordered a salad with no rice, chicken, mild tomato, pinto beans, guacamole, sour cream, and cheese. They literally slapped my label (ordered for pick up) on someone else’s order. I ended up with a burrito bowl with white rice, chicken, mild tomato, black beans, corn, and cheese. Guacamole was not present and neither was the sour cream. The rice in very undercooked, I literally crunched on rice grains the first 3 bites. I had to stop eating it. First time at this specific Chipotle chain and really disappointed.
Chipolte food is pretty good. But one of the workers here never wiped off the counter when sour cream was spilled. I guess they're taught to not wipe up spills. The sour cream was smeared on the bottom of everything. She saw it and did not make any effort to wipe it off. Ugh!
