Absolutely bad curbside service. I’m waiting 10 minutes before the curb time. Finally 10 minutes after the ready time and no one delivered it. I go Inside it’s there on the rack. COLD!!!Chillis was a great restaurant before but as of the last two years it’s been bad. Wish I could buy it. I could run it better.
The new GM is great! He was assuring everybody running all around, pre bussed my table. Being a former server I really appreciated the GMs work ethic and it was noticeable to me a guest. My server was wonderful as well! Cajun pasta was surprisingly good
We always looked forward to going to Chili's, but not anymore.We ordered the 2 for 25 but the ribs were not available (I guess just not available on the 2 for 25 menu), strike 1. The boneless chicken wings were also not offered as an appetizer, strike 2. So we were supposed to get 2 garden salads (I think one of them was, not mine as mine was 80% croutons) the lettuce was slimy and smelled absolutely foul, strike 3.I truly can go on, but 3 strikes and your out. The most disappointing dinner out in a long time. Needless to say, we will NEVER be returning to a Chili's restaurant. Just so you understand that's not all that was disappointing about the meal. We did order the boneless wing as an extra and they were dried out and smaller than McDonald's chicken nuggets.I MEAN PATHETIC
Absolutely one of the worst experiences! All broken up chips sent over to the table. Other appetizers came with the first meal to the table. It was returned only to be attempted to be served again later on. Steak was rare when ordered well done, burgers were wrong and one meal came out 10 minutes before the other meals were delivered to the table. The manager stopped by the table to inquire about the appetizer and the food. When it was explained what was going on he left the table and the response was for everyone to ignore the table for the rest of the meal. I guess after seeing how the manager didn’t handle anything we should not have been surprised by the way the waiter carried himself. No leadership/management going on here at all!The waiter returned to the table with the wrong change, in the restaurant’s favor. No attempt to fix anything but instead given the check and we just paid for the food that we didn’t eat and just left. When we asked to keep the receipt so that we would have the information like the order number, etc., Ryan the waiter took the receipt and never returned to the table with it. We went for a birthday and just a terrible experience overall. Will not be returning and will be calling corporate.We used to frequently visit this Chilis and the quality has declined dramatically.Spend your money elsewhere.
I go to this Chili's often, the food is always tasty, a great value and service is very attentive. Parking is great.
Chili's is a place that I really only want one item, and that is the Skillet Queso. I think that this is one of the best dips around. The chips are bit weak as they crack often when dipping which is annoying, but it's worth it for the Skillet Queso taste. The service and the rest of menu is fairly average overall.
They were very polite, accommodating, and did a great job. A random stop on a long trip, but well worth it!
Absolute zoo in this place! Workers run to the kitchen and huddle together to gossip instead of helping customers waiting in the front for their pick-up orders. Staff fail to monitor who picks up whose to-go orders so literally anyone could just take your order off the rack. Thats why when I went to pick up my order, it wasn’t there. Someone stole my order and their excuse was that they “gave it to the wrong customer” and I had to wait another 30 mins for them to remake it. No compensation or apologies whatsoever. Save yourself a trip and go to the one in Nanuet, at least I know they don’t just let whoever take your order.
Husband and I love their 3 for $10 deal.I love the Margaritas.Chicken Quesadilla and Chill are the best.
Great service. The staff was nice and attentive. The manager was walking around and available. Food was good.
