several issues. the staff are quite unfriendly. the food made me sick. i wish i could give this wendys 0 stars. (read more for in depth review)1. i had the t-mobile tuesdays deal for a premium chicken sandwich BOGO (buy-one-get-one). in the app, it allowed me to pick any 2 premium sandwiches. however, i wanted to order in store. in store, they said it only applies to a classic chicken sandwich (the 6 dollar ones).2. when i requested the spicy chicken sandwich, the person running the cashier said he would let it go now but the offer is only for the classic chicken sandwich. however, when I got the food (i checked once i got home), they gave me a classic3. BIGGEST ISSUE: I GOT FOOD POISONING FROM THE CHICKEN SANDWICHES. I HAVE THREW UP 3 TIMES AND HAVE TERRIBLE STOMACH PAIN. i would NOT recommend this wendys to ANYONE.
No one was wearing gloves all of the food was being handled bare handed. So we just have to hope they washed after they wiped ??♀️
Best Wendy’s in the area. Now much better than the one at 3800 US-1 in quality and consistency. My go to location.
I was hesitant to stop to get something to eat. Ever since covid began I've been doing a lot more home cooking. However my husband is in Penn Medicine ICU for over a week and I'm burned out . So I figure I would place an order on the app , then drive thru to pick up. Upon arrival the window employee said he didn't see my order on his screen and my phone even though I showed him .So I went to look again on my phone and he shut the window on me. I was upset and just drove home and cooked. After eating I checked my o line bank and see that I was charged $6.40 for something that I never received. I'm disgusted with the service and how I was ripped off.
This place is just disgusting with a side of Lack of Customer Service! I have tried to forgive them multiple times for omitting nuggets from my meal, putting cheese when I asked for no cheese, forgetting to put sauces and napkins in the bag, and giving me the wrong drink, but this is the last straw. I went here tonight and the employees are just nasty. I sat and watched as the runner touched her nose ring, and pushed back her hair ( which was not tied back) multiple times before putting her hands on my sons fries. I was very upset I was actually witnessing this! I told her she needed to stop touching her hair and I did not want her touching my food. She began to give me attitude and thought it was a joke I than went to say something to the so called manager and they all began to laugh. I am so appalled. I will never be returning here again. It's sad that I have to drive 30min out of the way to find a decent fast food place. I am embarrassed for my town. I will be reporting this incident.
This place would be excellent if they could only get my breakfast order correct. I go here often because I work close by and 80% of the time my order is wrong. I'm allergic to cheese, I tell them no cheese, what's on my sandwich.. cheese. What's up?.. it's just fast food.
Clean and effective service. The service will be speedy if the customer orders first at the kiosk.
Drive through was very busy just parked and walked inside. I was provided service immediately while 8 cars deep in the drive through. Everything was done to special requests with 1 minor mistake. Will definitely be back again. Location was clean, staff efficient and friendly.
My new favorite fries location. They were just perfect and so was the spicey chicken sandwich. The sauce was tangy and hot at the same time, not excruciating though. The bun was good and the chicken stake was well cooked. I loved them.
At around 1:20pm today the lady taking the orders at the drive-thru was not listening to what I was telling her and had to repeat myself several times (it seems she cannot take an order if you don't follow the script). After that, once I got to work to eat, I notice that the color of the nuggets I ordered is different but paid no mind to it until I ate one. She gave me the spicy ones when I ordered the regular ones! Now I can't eat my food and will have to stay hungry for hours at work, plus she wasted my money...Thanks, lady at the drive-thru...
