Farmhouse sheek decor, full bar, indoor and outdoor seating. Perfect for boozy brunch. Great food and ambiance.
Princeton has done it again another historical hit. The decor looks like something out of George Washington era. It’s is a pretty big indoor and outdoor space for dining. I also notice they have a space on the downstairs level to rent out for private events. The brunch cocktails were refreshing. The pancakes were not your ordinary fluffy pancake. This was more of a English muffin texture and weight. It was pretty good. The polenta and shrimp was rich in flavors and the polenta was smooth like a whipped potato. Overall it’s a win. I will go back and try the dinner options next time
I've been to the Meeting House three times now, and I haven't had a bad meal. We started with a charcuterie board as an appetizer and the prosciutto was my favorite part. We shared a side of fries and we both had the Oak Lettuce Salad. I had chicken and my girlfriend had a shrimp on hers. Both proteins were a bit salty but overall very nice and refreshing salads. The fries were perfect and crispy. The atmosphere at the Meeting House is why we keep coming back! It has such a nice vibe and is a great date spot.
It's first time there, went for brunch on Sunday, the food was good. They had few vegetarian, but they can make other option without meat.
The Meeting House made our special event shine!! Every staff member went above and beyond to enhance our day with great service and a smile. We enjoyed our brunch food, cocktails, and mocktails and can't wait to return! Special thanks to bartender Nate, plus Catherine, Jay, and Giovanni!
We had our granddaughter’s Sip and See party, Amanda the owner was an absolute pleasure to work with in planning the special day. The restaurant is beautiful with great ambiance! The food and service was outstanding! Thank you Dago, Giovanni, Munir and Henry, you all were awesome! Special thanks to Kathia for making a beautiful and delicious cake.
Food and service was great but overall really loved the atmosphere. There's a little bit of street parking but I used the parking deck at the back of the building which was only like $2 an hour if I recall correctly.
Nice and cozy ambiance with great drinks!Very friendly staff, they did not rush to leave though it was more than their time. They had few vegetarian options but all were amazing! Happy we will go again :))
We were told that the pork chop came with mashed potatoes but unfortunately it did not. Entrees are over priced and skimpy. Soup arrived cold without the toppings, so we asked for it to be reheated and when returned it was done the right way and was good. The fried chicken was almost inedible, looking like it had been fried and then fried again to heat it up. Burnt on the outside dry on the inside and comes with a tablespoon of coleslaw. They no longer validate parking so you will have to pay for the parking garage.
I’m not a pancake lover mainly because of the texture. But these pancakes that came with Fried Chicken was the best ever. It was so fluffy and moist; every bite melted in my mouth. And the fried chicken isn’t your ordinary fried chicken drumstick. It’s the thigh and so extra crispy. Artisanal Salad dressing was mouthwatering. Even the crispy bacon was delicious. Ready to go back again.
