Awfulllll. I ordered a drink that did not list pineapple as an ingredient and figured out it had pineapple only after I drank it and an allergic reaction started. My friend ordered a food minus the cheese sauce for her child who also has allergies and sure enough it came with sauce. Ok, things happen, but we ask for the manager and his only response was “can I clear some items off the table for you”? No apology, no bill credit, not asking if I was ok. Nothing. Our burgers were soaking wet with grease not a single person could finish them. Our waiter checked on us about every 20 minutes….
Horrible, Horrible experience. As soon as we were seated at a booth table there was an ant on the table. We should have left then.Very poor service. I ordered a margarita with salt, what I received was a frozen pina colada… with salt. Instead of just taking it back, the waitress brought the bartender back to our table and attempted to debate with me on what I had ordered. Who orders a pina colada with salt on the rim! Even the bartender came back to our table and said it was strange. Finally received my margarita which was more like a slurpy with no flavor and maybe a splash if alcohol if any.Ordered the Loaded Potato Skins which was like eating soggy potato chips with tomatoes, onions cheese and cilantro, and it was cold! How is melted cheese cold?!The waitress brought out three of our entrees but not my son’s entree until 5 minutes later. It wasn’t even busy. There was one other table of four in the restaurant at the time.My Salmon was overcooked. There was more broccoli and rice than was my small, thin piece of salmon, and all flavorless.The burgers looked good but the buns were stale. The French Fries came out hot but no salt on them.My daughter ordered a raspberry lemonade with no ice. The waitress said they were out of raspberry syrup was it ok if they used real raspberries? Ummm, ok? What came out was a glass of something that looked like blood! It was bright red and looked very unappetizing.The waitress kept coming to our table every 3 minutes asking if we were ‘good’. She clearly needs more training and so does the chef, I mean the cook!To top it all off. She stood over the table while we were paying our bill.This was my third attempt at this Princeton location. I will never, ever, ever go back! And I strongly do not recommend! The Hamilton location is a little bit better but not all that much! Both locations are old and dirty! There are much better establishments out there to choose from. Don’t waist your time or your money.
Fridays has always been a go to restaurant for me. This location was very satisfactory. Waitress was excellent and attentive. The food was delicious.
Cheese bites were good. Ordered onion rings but came out to hard and burnt with the cheese fry burger with loaded skin on top which also was overdone. Bathroom was gross.
Chips and salsa didn't have very many chips and the salsa was bland. Cokes are not free refills. Menu choices limited. Chili's is better in every way.
Ended up there with a group of friends on a Saturday night. Food and cocktails were on par with TGIF standards. There was a DJ and the music was a touch too loud for table conversations to be easy.
Our soups came out halfway through the meal, one of my drinks came to the table with a leaf and some fuzzy white stuff, and we almost got charged for the free cake you get if you spend over $50. I understand a rough night but the next morning I start getting weird charges on the card I used at the restaurant. Use caution
our waitress brought the wrong drink then forgot our appetizer thought it was funny acted either like she was high or just spaced out the service was just horrible unfortunately then hovered over us when we paid the bill and watched while we were leaving the tip ?♀️ very uncomfortable seeing that the service she provided was bad so the tip reflected that... I could completely understand if it had been busy but we were her only table.
Everything was fresh, delicious and exactly what I ordered. The curbside take away was appreciated, too- made it much easier to grab takeout while my pup slept in the back seat. They came out almost immediately after I called to let them know I had arrived.
Poor service the food took very long to come out and it also taste like microwave food.??
