I love their espresso! I should have bought two bags of beans. Luckily I am in Princeton a few times a month.

They pull amazing espresso. My go to spot in town for an oat cortado. Not sure if they still pull single origin espresso, but I know they used to.

My favorite coffee in town. The coffee is super aromatic. Wouldn't survive my exams and deadlines without Rojo's. Everything on the menu is great. Recently tried "Sidecar" and it was so impressive! Highly recommend!

Coffee was ok, presentation wasn't so much.

A well know but hidden gem in the Princeton area. Coffee snobs and caffeine addicts alike can delight in the pleasant aromas and wonderful brews found here. A tiny hole in the wall this place can get packed easily but grab a drink and wander around Princetons beautiful campus, or just the general area that hosts lots of shops and restaurants.

Best coffee in the area, hands down. Small World is great and I love the place, but in terms of the coffee, it's a distant second to Rojos.

This tiny coffeeshop is all about coffee, not much more. The roasts are solid with rotating beans, and fairly standard offerings. While there are a few tables tucked in the corner, It's mostly a takeout joint, and why not being across the street from Palmer Square.

Very nice coffee. Bold and flavoursome.

My go to for a cup in Princeton, always delicious. Been going to rojo's for over a decade now, hidden gem of Palmer Square (and sometimes missed because of Bent Spoon next door). I get the iced lattes when I pass through, never disappointed.
