Seafood ramen was absolutely amazing. I would bathe in the broth. Cannot recommend enough. My mom even agrees and she is hard to impress.

The food had an unpleasant smell. Spaghetti instead of noodles...? Not worth your money. The second ramen was ok and on this occasion I give three stars

Fantastic place, authentic Japanese interior, great service and delicious food (We ordered Konkotsu ramen, veggie spring rolls and chicken gyoza). Definitely recommend!

My girlfriend took me here for dinner. The atmosphere was cozy, the food was good but the room was freezing. The service was prompt.

I find it unfortunate that this restaurant somehow motivated me to open up a google account and leave a review to describe how vile their food is. The smell was rotten, the eggs were ice cold and the broth was basically sewer water. I would pay another 50 $ to erase this sad memory.

Ate the Tonkotsu ramen and mini pork Chasu don here. The ramen was Okay at best. The broth tasted like it was watered down but the noodles were not bad. The toppings were also mediocre. I would expect a lot more from a ramen place in downtown Princeton. However, staff was very nice.

Cosmetically authentic but doesn’t taste like real ramen. Tried the Shoyu Ramen; the dashi is ok, has a light seafood flavor but lacks depth and tastes a bit bland. Noodles don’t go very well with the dashi and lacks “Koshi,” or satisfying texture (noodles kind of stick to your teeth). The whole thing feels flavorless after the third or fourth bite. Chashu also lacks flavor.

I dropped in here for lunch and had a positive experience. I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen. It wasn’t cheap at $15, but it had excellent flavors and I enjoyed it thoroughly. Service was attentive and efficient. I had more photos of my experience but the TripAdvisor app won’t let me access them. Great job, TripAdvisor.

I want to start by saying I usually never write reviews, but this ramen was so bad that I have to warn others to not come. I Spent 50 bucks on tonkotsu ramen, shoyu ramen, and takoyaki (takoyaki was good), and both tasted like you dunked noodles into the water and scooped it in your mouth. If I could give a zero star I would.

What a great place for ramen. The seafood curry ramen was spectacular. The service was top notch. The owner Tony was so hospitable and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this place!
