Ordered via Uber Eats. Did not expect the 10-inch pizzas to be that small (see picture). Pepperoni pizza cost $12.50. The Philly Cheesesteak pizza was the same size but even more expensive (at $14.50). Size of the pizzas are not worth the price (Uber Eats price, not sure of in-store price). Also the dipping sauces tasted old and way too salty.
Place has fell off.. doe is too thin when not buying thin style or ny style pizza. And service and quality is very sporadic and temperamental.Delivery people love to just leave it on the floor with their pizza boxes on the floor and cold, without ringing door bell or telling you they arrived — especially nowadays when they don’t have enough drivers and use door dash instead.
This pizzeria is small, but the pizza is great :)We ordered through the website and was everything as expected up to one point. We ordered a Pepsi and we didn't get it. Probably it is 'our fault'. Friends told us that we should have picked it up from the fridge beside the door. We didn't know that. The outdoor seating is limited to one bench. The parking is limited, I would say to 5-6 cars. The entrance has a ramp for wheelchairs and strollers.
Very disappointed in this pizza. This was my third bad experience with this Papa Johns location. My order has always been the same: light sauce and extra cheese. I tried to eat two slices of pizza and it was just way too much sauce like it was oozing out of the pizza. And if that’s supposed to be extra cheese, it’s not even covering the red sauce. It was a mess. I’m giving this place one star because the manager offered me a refund. He also offered to remake it, but I think three times is more than enough to determine that this place does not know how to make a simple pizza.
We have been regularly ordering Pizzas from this location since last 5 years and did like their thin crust pizza. However tonight's pizza was most horrible preparation with hardly any cheese/ signature sauce. We ended up eating few pieces of tasteless crust being no other option. I can not believe if this can be a talent issue.....
Is this a two topping pizza? Where are the toppings? Useless pizza place…not going here again…
Always consistently yummy.
They don’t deserve one star at all. They are rude, unprofessional, and unorganized. Twice on two different occasions they didn’t deliver my order. I had to go to the store to pick my order up and the time they even told me I couldn’t receive the refund of my delivery even though I pick up my food. I had called one of the managers and he was rude and said he would call back never did. I called two days later and finally talk to another manager name Josh and he was the only helpful and understanding manager.
In a world where businesses live or die by reviews and good customer experiences, I would like to take the time out and thank Papa John's for going above and beyond to make my customer experience the BEST Ever. Long story short I ordered through the Doordash app and my order got canceled after waiting an hour for it. I called Papa John's to see what was going on and they directed me to DD. DD began to point the finger at Papa John's saying the screw up was on thier end. Well after going back and forth with Doordash and getting no where I called Papa John's back and explained that I was a patient in the local hospital just trying to order dinner and get a break from hospital food. The managers immediately took care of my order and had it delivered to me in no time hot and fresh. Thank you so much to the managers and drivers of this papa john's you truly have went above and beyond to win a customer for life!
Great place for carryout pizza not sure about delivery. Has been great for a couple years now and the staff is great and usually friendly. Unfortunately recently the sauce on my pizza original or bbq has been lacking they are just not putting enough onto the dough sometimes can't even tell if there is any. They always have coupons and deals and the rewards program is pretty decent.
