I shop here every single month. I spend hundreds of dollars on amazing fish, in particular Chilean Seabass and halibut and shrimp. I also love the produce! but tonight I bought 10 shrimp to serve alongside some Chilean Seabass and it was horrible. It has like chemical smell before I cooked it and after I cooked it and served it it smelled bizarrely like plastic. No one could eat it. I am usually the happiest customer so I am particularly baffled and disappointed that you would sell this product. Of course I demand a full refund and please…get your act together.
They have the best fresh salmon sandwich. Colin the manager is so nice and the whole staff are incredible. I love how fresh everything is and how they really take so much effort to provide the best quality. Definitely will be my goto place for sure!
the clam chowder was good although the veins of the clams were left in the soup which was not good and unappealing.
Have very good experiences so far. delicious seafoods, especially grilled Salmon. Staff are friendly.
Awesome place, lovely people, great fish, fresh produce.
Heard they had lobster rolls. Went for a bite with my girlfriend and got 2 rolls. Came to $53 so we thought they would be big. They were smaller than the palm of our hands and did not taste fresh. At least it came with french fries Will not be returning.

We ordered half a dozen oysters for pickup (along with steamed lobster and a few other things) and the oysters were sitting in water and had lost all their liquor/flavor. It was a bit disappointing. Lobster was decent.

Fresh seafood, safe, wonderful staff, hot foods and sides available too! Best of all and most important of all is the ticket number system so you don't get screwed out of your turn.
