Our food was overcooked. Our waiter was inexperienced (which is OK) but he only checked on us 2x in a 3hr meal, and the bussing staff was so rushed they dropped 2 bowls of marinara sauce on members of our party and would not address it. When the manager stopped by and we explained what happened his response was, "Well yes, but how is the food?" He would not engage on the fact that two of his patrons were now wearing their dinner due to his staff.
The atmosphere inside is very underwhelming. The host is very abrupt, and the food was not worth the price.
The food was delicious when we finally got it. We were seated promptly for our reservation, and handed our menus and given ice teas and a basket of bread, all good. But our waiter was a long time showing up, didn't bother to refill our teas until I finally caught his eye and signaled, and the food was forever coming out. And again, the waiter never stopped by to see if we wanted/needed anything. He did check in with the table next to us, apparently frequent customers (though not his) and chatted with them. If he had been attentive to us at all, I wouldn't have cared about that. The manager was the one who got us our desserts. I didn't think about it then, but one of us is a black woman and the only black person I saw in the restaurant. Later I imagined that might have something to do with it, in which case I would never go back there.
Food was too salty. The spinach was very salty
Food at best was diner quality. Bronzino was over cooked and it was evident that it was not a fresh fish but frozen. Lobster risotto under the fish had zero flavor. Ricottaâs Fritters weâre not cooked all the way through and was disappointing with Hershey syrup served on top.
The food is awesome! La Mezzaluna is definitely a favorite the service is friendly and the food delicious!
Food is always delicious and the waiters are delightful. We brought our puppy and they give him a bowl of water and love him !
Always a good time to be had, food was spot on. BYOB!
Ambiance very dark and dreary inside. Outside looks like a driveway with a covering over it. My meal was very good I had chicken Marsala sausage pepper potato mushroom. Two slices of pepper and mushroom so I asked for more. They brought it to the wrong table so I just ate my chicken and sausage and potato. Eventually the waiter asked how I liked my pepper and mushroom as I finished the meal and he figured out it never came to our table. He had another meal made but I wa a already done. My girlfriends fish was ehhh. Each meal was 30 bucks so I thought it was over priced. The waiter and host were pleasant.
Food was as expected as I have eaten here many many timeS service was professional and friendly as always
