your ordering process is unacceptable. We did not receive an order confirmation, called the restaurant and the person who answered could barely communicate with us, called Qmenu and first got no answer, then were disconnected, then they could not even cancel our order, we had to cancel through our credit card.
Call to order CANT ever understand what she says or she can never understand me.

They made a mistake on the order and would not correct the mistake or take accountability. They do not run a honorable business.Do not eat hereMy family has been eating here for 20 years. Sad way to run a business. It was an error on party platters and they refused to make correction.

Terrible customer service. When you call and make an order on the phone, whoever answers the phone is so rude and has zero value for customers. Each time i call to order food for delivery, she is so rude on the phone.I also told the person on the phone that I had a coupon which i cut off their menu paper and she told me i couldn't use it because i gave her my credit card info before telling her i had a coupon so i can't use the coupon. What nonsense. I do not recommend this place unless you like a Chinese place that yells at you and won't even honor their coupons when you order food for delivery. Food is okay, nothing special.

Horrible experience. The lady at the counter taking order is so rude . Will not go back again .
