This is the best version of classic, old school American-Chinese takeout in the region. Hunan isn’t particularly healthy, regionally authentic or trendy, but when you’re looking for this kind of classic pleasure, there’s nothing better… a once-monthly guilty pleasure for us.
The best Chinese restaurant in Princeton. Crispy shrimp - phenomenal. Gen Tso's chicken - excellent. Fried chicken - tasty.
Every time we buy General Tso’s chicken, the chicken itself tastes old and dried out. I always think it will be better the next time, but it never is. Always disappointed.

I save my reviews for when something absolutely NEEDS to be said. The woman working behind the register and answering the calls is so sweet! I hope nobody is ever mean to her! The food was amazing. I especially liked the peanut sesame chicken!
Terrible, horrible, nothing was good. Fried rice, shrimp with black bean sauce, won ton soup, spare ribs. All bad. Obviously will never return.
