I enjoy everything that Frescabowl makes. Everything is fresh and they are generous, even with expensive ingredients like pineapple and mango. Sometimes I pay to add an ingredient and receive the bowl minus the extra, such as bananas. They quickly add it once I point it out. Also, I've asked multiple times about an Ingredient/calorie list. So far it is still not available.
The poke here is really bad. For starters, the menu is super confusing and all the signage in the restaurant is either dark or hard to read. Every patron was struggling with it when I was there. I ordered a small bowl, which was wide and flat (unlike any other poke place) and the rice was drenched in ponzu sauce. The pickled jalepenos were hot dog topping quality and the fish was previously-frozen non-sushi grade.Shoutout to the staff, who were hard working and doing the best with the operational nightmare that is this place's menu.
I liked this place.Great variety of pre-made poke selections, oatmeal, pitaya, chia, and açaí bowl selections. They also provide make your own bowl for all of the bowls. You can also get a pre-made bowl and substitute items (for me I substituted coconut flakes with hemp granola).For the poke bowls, they are quite big but for the fruity bowls, it was very small. I think that they might have a larger size but they didn’t ask me what size I want so I’m not sure.The lady was friendly, and tried to help us (since we were 9 people ordering).Place was very clean and neat, same with the bathroom.Overall, I recommend this place. It’s a nice hangout place with friends and/or family.
I really like poke bowl so I come here several times. However, the staff here are quite new and not paying attention to customers. In plain words, their attitude sucks. So, better order online and save yourself a trip ordering takeout in person.
I had ordered from Fresca Bowl & Poke Mahi off GrubHub and unfortunately my order got messed up and I wrote a review on the site. The owner, Bobby, graciously offered to have me come in so that they could fix my experience at the restaurant. I was greeted by Sunny who is part owner and he apologized for the mix up with my order and offered to make me a new bowl and to try a smoothie. I’m so happy to say that the second time around the bowl was perfect, it tasted good and fresh. The smoothie was also amazing and I also got to try some of the new menu items like their shrimp tempura and gyoza. I was really pleased with how they handled my order mix up and happy to get to have a good experience at the restaurant. I highly recommend stopping in and trying one of their poke bowls or a smoothie. They really have crafted everything with care and the owner/staff are amazing and kind. I can’t wait to go back when I’m in the area again.
Very fresh ingredients + very nice staff = 5 star rating! My bowl was PERFECT. Second time here and they are consistent & delicious! Lilly helped me and was very knowledgeable and sweet :) new favorite lunch/dinner spot!
The manager of this restaurant did everything possible for correcting the issue. That’s very recognizable. Thank you for caring about your business and your team.
I have been to this spot a couple of times and it is a great poke and smoothie bowl place. The ingredients were fresh, and the staff was extremely attentive and knowledgable in the menu. The restaurant is a cool study spot and was very clean. Will definitely be back
Great poke bowls and extremely friendly staff. Definitely will be back again in the future. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for fresh and delicious food.
I go here everyday for lunch. Worth the time and money to go to. The taco poke is my personal favorite has the added spice with the chipotle sauce
