Absolutely outstanding food and service. We did the 5 course tasting menu with the wine paring with so oysters add in for an app and the upgrade meat. I'm not going to lie it was expensive but i have no complaints and will do it again.
We were greeted warmly upon entry to the restaurant and seated promptly. We had a nice cozy table with nice views of the interior and Princeton. We chose to have the five course tasting menu. From the first two amuse-bouches which were so much more than single tastes to each and every element of each course we were treated to a wonderful dining experience. The waitstaff walked us through all of the tasty pieces that built each course. This was our second time dining at Element and it truly was an outstanding experience. Will definitely return for another chance to enjoy the excellent work they do.

This was an amazing meal. Everything was cooked perfectly and the wine pairing by Claudia was excellent. I highly recommend going to this restaurant.
My husband and I had our anniversary dinner and had the chefs 15 course tasting menu which was absolutely scrumptious. Each course was presented to us in great manor with great service. This was one of our favorite culinary adventures for sure! Definitely worth it!!
