I don’t know what happened here. But the service become terrible since the last few month. Never make the pizza on time and many times when I went there, they just bake my pizza, even though the app shows ready to pickup. Very disappointed.
Though at times, there are hiccups with the order, has been my go to place for pizzas.
Placed an order and waited over an hour for it when they told me it would arrive in 30 minutes. I called them to ask for an update, and was yelled at by the person for bothering them and not being patient. He talked over me and told me not to call them back about order updates. Incredibly rude, and I truly cannot understand why. I cancelled the order.

There were 5 people in the store and no one was bothered to say a courteous hello or greet a customer. After nearly 8 mins, I was handed over my pizza which was just sitting there.C’mon guys you are in quick service restaurant business you cannot take more time in handing over pizza than making one.Very disappointed with the service. Will definitely avoid this store.

Was watching app to check the progress. After the inspection process it went out for delivery. Now I live in an apartment complex when I have to walk to an elevator and walk to entrance. It takes aprox 5 - 6 min's. At the 2 min status I started the walk. As I got to entrance driver was already there with my pizza.
Fast pickup and a very friendly staff. They will bring to curbside during the pandemic. Place is kept very clean as well. Deducting one star for poorly lit parking and small space inside - can be congested if several customers are in waiting.
What I ordered and what I received 2 times that differences, funny
This Dominos is absolutely horrible. I ordered a chicken Alfredo bread bowl. It had no Alfredo sauce and the smallest amount of chicken. I ordered a pan pizza they gave me a hand tossed. I call to complain, and I was told that’s what I ordered. I said why would I order chicken Alfredo bread bowl with no Alfredo sauce. They said that’s what you ordered and my boss isn’t going to come back for just one order… this was AFTER I tipped $10 ahead of the delivery because it was on h Halloween! I WILL NEVER order there again. The domino’s in Princeton Junction is way better with great service.
