I went here with my parents tonight and we had a good time. The staff were very friendly and helpful and didn't give me a hard time at all. What could be improved is that all of the tables were disgusting and we had to have someone to clean a table for us. We still had a good time, but please keep your area cleaner! We are in the middle of a pandemic for crying out loud!Side note: I wore a Chuck E Cheese cosplay here and a lot of employees liked it and three people thought I worked at the place because of it. I just thought that I would share that funny story that happened to me there. LOL.

While my grandson was happy here , there is an insufficient amount of employees which results in waiting time for pizza as being ridiculous, the place is unclean, not all games worked, and the stamp that was put on all of us to prevent kidnapping didn't work when the ultraviolet light was lit on our arms. The only reason I rated it a 3 star was because of how happy my grandson was, otherwise it would have been a two star.

I had the worst experience today May 7th 2022 10:00 amI took my 1 year old there for the first time and it sucked …1 we could not order food until 12 noon2 Chuck E NEVER came out out … we was there for 2hours3 the prices are outrageous4 the regular guess couldn’t buy the chuckE cups … they claimed they was only for party guess5 all of the fully stocked toys that was on the shelves was not for sell.. and they had none it the back

My first visit at this location was yesterday with my daughter. I loved the variety of games compared to the other locations I’ve been to. The pizza was tasty and served hot.The staff was very unfriendly, unprofessional, and made me feel like I was bothering time. After I entered the door and stood at the entrance with my daughter for several minutes another parent had to hunt down a worker to let us in and stamp our hands. Several times I had to ask the worker to literally get up from sitting down texting and walk to the register so that I could order a drink. When my daughter and I were ready to redeem our tickets for prizes, there were no workers to be found although I could hear them loudly conversing about their personal lives in the kitchen so I had to peek into the kitchen and yell 3 times for them to come out and help me and the long line of customers. It is unfortunate because the business appears well maintained with the upkeep of the games and the clean seating area but the staff deterred me from ever going there again.

Its a small place with not many arcade games.Really good for 3 or 4 yos but for 5 or 6 yos will get bored very quickly. Also, really small place for a chuck e cheese.

For people complaining about the expensive prizes, remember arcades aren't about the prizes. You are paying for the experience of playing the video games. I had an amazing time.

the food is perfect. the people excellent with service

Place wasn't overly crowded, some tables needed to be cleaned. Overall we felt safe and being there some people had mask some didn't. The food took a while to come out. Few things here and there but we enjoyed it specifically my 7yr old.

Good customer service, very clean, and hand sanitizing stations everywhere. Its a great place to take kids of all ages to have a good time.
