Don't stop here if you're on your lunch break at work or have anywhere you urgently need to be. Mobile reciept showed order would be ready 12:20 pm didn't recieve my order till 12:50. Salad was good but not worth the ridiculous wait time. Only one person coordinating the mobile orders, who, not for nothing, seemed lackadaisical. If they're understaffed like many other places management needs to step in. Or close off mobile ordering like starbucks does. I understand lack of staff but the wait time for mobile ordering which is supposed to be faster than walk-up ordering is not acceptable.
We visited the Chopt Creative Salad restaurant at Princeton on a weekday for lunch. The restaurant is very modern with good seating and offer a large variety of salad bowls from across US . It was not crowded and we opted for two types of warm salads Mediterranean Bowl - veggie and chicken and a cold salad Chicken Tinga Bowl. The items were very tasty and it was a self service mode with order ,pay and pick up. A good option for light eating.
It was fine for a bite to eat, but nothing special. Food is trying to be "healthy" yet lacks the satisfaction of it tasting fresh. Personally, since in Princeton, I believe that there are many other options for food nearby that greatly surpass the quality of this restaurant.
Extremely bad customer service over the last year or so. Prices have gone up significantly and their rations of chicken and avocado have come down. Just today, they added less than a scoop to a chicken tinga order, I asked if they could add a bit more (the lady was just throwing food into the bowl without regard to how much she was serving). The lady refused and said they would have to charge more - terrible attitude and customer service, especially given that my ask was not outrageous and given their exorbitant prices. Talking to management didn't help - I didn't even broach it to get more chicken but as a constructive criticism because I really used to love this place. I got a blank stare and a half-hearted offer for more chicken, which I turned down because the manager clearly did not care about customer opinions of this place, and I was over it. I am uploading a photo to see who among you can find the chicken. Avoid this place, it has truly gone down the drain.
Such delicious salads - literally my favorite salad spot of all time. I have never been inside but my fiancé says the staff is friendly which I value in a business! Just wish I lived closer so I could get it delivered lol.
Always amazing and delicious! Salads are a great portion that leaves you full but not bloated. We make the 30 minute trip each way just for them!
I feel as if the staff members that I dealt with while I was there could use some softening around the edges. It was my first time there, so obviously, I needed a moment and had questions. My experience with the staff left me wishing there was another location nearby that I could go to.I love the food. I love the idea. I love the portion sizes. I think the menu is creative and exciting.
I stop in when I'm passing through Princeton and the salads are always fresh and delicious. I always feel good after eating them, and satisfied.
Salad that’s so good you’ll forget how expensive it is. Honestly, Mexicali vegan is our go to, and you can also try it with the white balsamic. If you’re looking for a quick healthy bite in this part of town, then go for it.
Just piched up a soup. Horrible service.
