Unfortunately we had a lot of issues with our online order. We placed the order to be picked up at 650 however it is 740 and we are just now walking out with our food. I asked about the order twice and the first time they said I was 3 orders away and then 30 minutes later the food still hadn’t been prepared. We could have gone into the line instead and it would have been quicker. It was truly an awful experience. Very rarely do I review things and give them less than 3 stars unless it is terrible. It was absolutely terrible.
This place is generally good. But my recent take out order was an exception. 1) I asked Chips and salsa and they gave the order without Salsa. Fortunately, I cross checked before I left the place, and asked me to give one 2) My bowl had corn (I said no to corn) but was missing cream (I had asked for it). Unfortunately, I didn’t open the bowl to cross-check the order and realized the incorrect order only later. 3) They asked me to choose a time for my online order, but delivered at least with 10 minutes delay.It appears this place has had lot of turnover and most of the staff appeared new. Perhaps, they are new to the established process Chipotle typically follows. And, hence the 3 stars
Good food, if you actually receive what you ordered.The past ten times I have gotten food from this establishment the order was screwed up in one way or another.This Chipotle is constantly running low on supply. I have received half filled burrito bowls and incomplete orders.Avoid this Chipotle completely.
I ordered food for my daughter and ordered soft flour tortilla but this is what i get for my 9 Year old.
Great food & especially great service. I forgot to get the guys name today but he was so happy, upbeat and singing. Super friendly workers, made my day a lot better!
Fix your dumb app chipotle, it’s been 20 minutes since 4:00 when the app told me the food would be ready. I don’t mind waiting, just make the app at least tell me the accurate time, it’s a sad joke for an online ordering system. Customers take it out on employees when it’s really just one dumb corporate app developer who’s probably underpaid. Help your employees and your customers and PLEASE just make the timing accurate.
This is by far the worst chipotle I’ve ever had the misfortune of stumbling upon. A spilled drink welcomed us into the restaurant. Someone threw napkins on top of the spill but no one cleaned it up, who knows how long it had been there, I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s still there tomorrow. They ran out green salsa. They ran out of cheese. They ran out of chicken. Go to the other chipotle that’s a mile away, avoid this one.
Can't do zero stars. This trip alone....1. They put lettuce on a customer's order. Customer said "no lettuce," so they took the lettuce off and put it back in the bin. 2. 15 minute wait for white rice. 3. No hard taco shells. 4. Got the order wrong. 5. No signs saying they won't make change. Got to cash register was told the order was $22.94. I gave them $22 as i had no more small bills. At that moment was told they have no coins or singles. Showed the person my whole billfold so he could see i wasn't ripping him off and told him he needs signage. I had no more singles, I had a 10 and 20s. He said he can't help. Another person comes over and asks if I have another dollar. Again I showed the billfold. He says..."I will pay out of my own pocket." I threw a 10 on the counter and was out the change. Overcharged. All they needed was a sign declaring that no change will be given. Have had other difficulties there as well.
Will never come back here again. Waited 25 minutes in line with only 10 people in front of me, not really sure why I had to wait that long. Get up there and there is no chicken or veggies and a 15 minute wait for them to prepare more. I’m not a fan of beef but the only thing they had was barbacoa. Told them that I would take it since it is the only thing they have go to pay and find out it’s more expensive. So I waited 25 minutes was basically forced to get something I didn’t really want and now I have to pay more for it. I told them they should really treat it as an equal substitution given the circumstance but the manager would not budge. Ended up walking out without you the food. Worst management of a food establishment that I have ever seen.
Don’t order online, takes forever. Don’t go in if it’s a long line. Takes forever. Don’t complain about food unless you want an attitude and no resolution to your issue.
