I have visited this restaurants with my family and guests. We had ordered different Dosas and other South Indian dishes. We had asked dosas with less oil and crispy. The Dosas served were not made with less oil. There were othe issues like Sam bar was cold. We talked to the manager. He did not show any concern. He did any customer focus training and categorically stated that the Dosas this way - Oily and Soggy, everywhere. Very disappointed with the attitude of the manager. I hope the owners will read this and take appropriate action

Went on Saturday around 6pm with family. There was no waiting. Restaurant was nice and clean. We ordered baby corn pepper fries, chilli paneer, cocktail Idli, masala dosa, rose milk, and mysore masala dosa. Everything was very good and i would recommend everything that we tried. We ended our meal with Malai kulfi which was sooo good. Loved it and will be back for sure. Must try in princeton.

I'm writing this review for both the South Plainfield and Princeton locations as they just mirror each other and there is no concern that I could even think of.I've been here enough number of times than any other restaurant I've been to, in NJ or even in the US and that makes me bonafide e to write this review. If you are in the state of Tamilnadu in India, you will know that this restaurant is the Mecca of South Indian vegetarian restaurants and people will swear by it, for its taste and quality. There are also other restaurants in NJ that are run as franchise of some famous south Indian restaurants, but the A2B is unlike others. These two do not disappoint a bit and stay true the brand's authenticity. The taste and quality are exceptional and the staff are kind and pleasant. The wait times to get in and to get the ordered food on table are sometimes excruciating on Fridays and weekends, but that's given when a restaurant is exceptionally good.

It was long due visit to Adyar Ananda Bhavan, lot of my friends had recommended the place and finally i got the chance to visit the restaurant. Parking is the major issue when we go somewhere but it had a big dedicated parking so feel relaxed about parking visiting here. Next issue when we visit any good restaurant is waiting time, so this place is no exception i had to wait 30 minutes to get space for 6 people buy i personally feel its justified. Next is the menu option so feel good there is more than sufficient option to select. Infact at the gate itself you will find QR code that you can scan and get your self ready with your choices, that way you can utilize your waittng time. And when you get the table you quickly place your order and save time. I also loved the ambience . Price wise as well i found it good you gonna spend $20 to $30 per person. The staff as well was very helpful and and kept removing used utensils, you dont even have to ask. Thanks to them. The restroom is available there for guests and it was clean. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible as well. Have fun !! Ciao!!

Well it’s a beautiful place though bit expensive but food and service is excellent. I wanted to give it 4.5 / 5 star rating but I ended up giving 5. I had mini tiffin combo which had a idly, vada, plain dosa , pongal and some sambhar / chatni. It was tasty and dosa was very freshly cooked. It was a very neat and clean place with enough parking available. They have gone digital fully and don’t have any menu cards now. You need to scan the barcode in your table and see the menu. Staff was nice can speak Tamil and English well. Filter coffee ☕️ was excellent thanks ?

Best and must try vegetarian Indian restaurant..!! Reached my expectation. This restaurant has 100 yrs history and it will not dissapoint. Must try Poori masala(outstanding masala), rava onion masala dosa and filter coffee.

Food wise , I loveeeeee A2B.. much better than Saravana bhavan.. but service wise , they are bad.. hope they can hire more people on weekends and peak days. Wait time is long !Love their rava dosa , fried rice , paneer chilli etc. kothu parotta was bad . Also love their mini meals and special thali.. never miss their filter coffee !! Everything about this restaurant is good , except their service. Nice parking outside !! Thumbs up overall ?

This is vegetarian restaurant with delicious indian food. They don’t take reservations and wait time will be longer in weekends but wroth the wait! We Love the food.Baby corn pepper fries is one of hot favourite appetiser which we order every visit!

Awesome food. One of the best idli/dosa’s i had in the US, and strongly recommend this Princeton A2B location which i loved compared to the other A2B locations in NJ

The food here is good in general but the quantity of chutneys served with items like dosa’s etc.(look at picture example below) is disappointing. Eating out is an experience where people don’t want to be worried about side quantities like chutney etc.this made me feel making dosa’s at home is best for enjoying it
