This was my first time ever having water ice. It was amazing. I ordered the mango with the chocolate custard.

I ordered two large gelatis with chocolate custard and cherry ice. The blonde girl taking my order had asked if I wanted chocolate and cherry ice in the same cup. I then explained to her nicely that I wanted cherry ice with chocolate custard and she said okay. She ended up giving me two with chocolate ice and chocolate custard with a tiny bit of cherry at the very bottom. I usually never have problems with my order here and I was disappointed when I didn’t get what I asked for after I clarified my order to her.
Excellent ice. Very family friendly. The line was confusing on how to line up to order. Could use guidance with cones or signage.

Friendly service and delicious hit weather treats. Highly recommend 4th of gelati and 5 flavor flat Italian ice tray. Will definitely go again.
