I have no problem with prices going up but pats was a great place to go over the past 10 years once a week 3 to4 of us from work would hit pats, we watched the cheese steak go from a good sandwich to more like bread and whatever ,not worth the price increase, then we noticed the last two times the help would give there Mexican friends double the sandwich then any other Customer ,so now just pizza and probably never go back ,just a shame how business gets done now a days
Went here for lunch on a Sunday afternoon to see if the cheesesteaks lived up to the Top10 rating in NJ recently received. And, they did not disappoint!!! Fresh bread, fresh cooked and tasty!!! Somewhat crowded and steady flow of take out customers but food was ready in a reasonable time. Decor looks like it may have been original in this small strip mall but all very clean. Bonus… right across the street from Point Creamery to get dessert.
Maybe throw some meat on the 16$ steak. They have fallen off!! Go elsewhere!
Best cheese steaks around!!! Including philly itself!!! Prove me wrong!!!!Years ago, there was a good cheese steak everywhere... Then everyone began cutting quality corners. Not Pat's!!!! Everyone else serves sub-par food and Pat's has people standing in line, in the rain to get quality... People just don't know quality.. after all, Wawa was voted the best sandwich in new jersey a year or so ago. You gotta be kidding. They paid somebody off. ?
Cheesesteak was awesome and proved true to its reputation. We opted to dine in but were disappointed in the lack of cleanliness of the place. Even the bathroom was undesirable. Would consider take out but only if other options were not available.
For me the cheese steak is well worth the half hour drive. Great pizza too
Since I am a teenager and I am now near 50 I have been going to Pats..I will not get a cheese steak from anywhere but Pat's the pizza is awesome the staff awesome highly recommend for any Italian food especially pizza and cheese steaks best place I've ever been to for those and have been to a lot of places
Perfect pizza and great steaks! Pat's special is on a whole other level. Honestly this is the standard I use for pizza and hoagies. Pizza has thin crust that's crispy and will hold itself together, a good bite and cheese pull to finish it off. And fresh baked bread *chef's kiss* is what really sets the cheese steak apart from others
