I got latte from them and when I was picking up my drink at the window I saw that there was a hair on my lid when gave back and asked for another one they waited a minute and gave me the same on back minus the hair. I could see the whole thing from my car because I was by window. When I went in to complain about it. They charge me for another latte so they can give me a new one. I wish I recorded the whole thing.
Perpetually horrible service here. Employees are exceptionally rude ALL the time.
Horrible long wait at 3pm in the afternoon. Gave up and drove away. Literally a problem every time I go. And I love Dunkin coffee but not waiting in a ridiculously long drive through line
Absolutely the worst DD around. Prices are much higher than anywhere else AND they NEVER get your order right. Ordered a drink through the drive through and when I got to the window I could tell it was wrong by looking at it. Told me they’d make a new one. They didn’t. They added shamrock syrup to a CARAMEL macchiato instead-I ordered a Shamrock Macchiato. Cup still had the caramel label on it. “Manager” Ethan told me to come back with the drink for a refund!” Threw it out.Bunch of incapable people running the place. I was a local, loyal customer going 1, sometimes 2x’s a day….no more. I’d rather drive to the Borough or Manasquan.
I love that they're one of the few dunkins that have vanilla cream filled donuts
Great place to people watch. Mocha was good, not great.

Clean and neat the only one problem they gave me wrong doughnuts. I ordered 1/2 dozen 2 jelly 2 cream filled and 2 blueberry. What I got was 4 jelly and 2 cream. My husband was happy but I don't like any of them.
Line is usually super busy, but I guess you can expect that here. Coffee & food is made consistent each time.
We love dd coffee happy to fine one in point. Lol
