Best Dunkin we have ever visited in the USA. The best coffee and fresh pastries. The fastest and most polite service. We are regular customers.
I always love Dunkin. Get it everyday. My only complaint is that I door dashed some to my work today. 3 ice coffees 2 caramel 1 French vanilla and they all arrived with the strawberry bubbles in them. They were not ordered by me and it really kinda ruined it for me. Could only drink a little and threw the rest away. Please don’t add these unless asked for.
Horrible I asked for 4 coolattes and got 4 frozen coffees and my hash browns were cold, donuts were rock hard, and to top it off the 2 coffees I did order had one sugar and one creamer in it. Unreal never been to a dunkin this bad in my life and it doesn’t have that they barely understand English to even get the order correct

Ok. Every establishment makes the same drinks differently. Some tell me a chain latte idms a vanilla spice. Others tell me there I'd no Chai in the van spice. I ask because it doesn't taste like Chai when I'm handed a vanilla spice and charged for a lchai latte w whipr cream. Then they take my money while I hold the pho e to b e scanned and say oh sorry I already rang it up.
