I called a week in advance about my daughters bday party. We were ordering 20 pizzas. They told me to call the day before. I went in to talk to someone the day before. Ordered my pizzas from the manager who assured me I’d get my pizzas on time. The next day I call pay for the pizzas. I tip the driver and was guaranteed I’d get them between 1:20-2pm Deion Ashley the manager. At 2:15 I called she answered knew it was me said they were on the way so sorry. We’ll now 3pm rolls around I call no answer. I the. Called from a different number and she (Ashley the manger) answers she’s nasty as anything says if her driver was going a take so long she would t have sent him to the delivery. Mean while I went paid for the pizza’s perilously they knew they needed to be delivered. But I didn’t get them till 3:30 pm when they should have been delivered by 2pm the latest. The manager Ashley was snotty and nasty. Don’t depend on them at all.
Terrible! I placed order for deliveryThey said it would be an hour. After waiting for an hour and a halfI called them only to be told that my pizza had been waiting for pickup. I specifically stated my address for the delivery which was confirmed. After waiting one hour I’m ordering elsewhere and beyond hungry. never again ! Ever !
I paid 16.85 for 16 buffalo wing and It was such a let down first they where the smallest wings you can find and I ordered hot wing and there was barely even hot sauce on them only half of them had it. Plus to make it even better they where cold wings not even close to warm at all. I will never order from them again.
Just moved to the area in July 2021. Ordered from them for the first time last week. There was a stand of hair cooked INTO the pizza, not just in top. I filed an "issue" online, and they gave me 20% off my next order. Tonight , 6:04 I placed my order. The website said the delivery person for nando went out at 6:18 for delivery. I was following him on the website Google map. I watched him drive around Brick and Point Pleasant for about 45 minutes, and then while his car was located on Princeton Avenue, all the sudden my order was processed as delivered. I opened my front door and it's not there. I checked both neighbors on the side and I checked the neighbor across the street. No food to be found. I called the shop and I told them I wanted a refund because I was waiting for an hour for food and I have two hungry kids sitting here waiting to eat before they have to go to bed for school tomorrow. She said she would refund me and make sure that my food was going to get to me. Okay, great. About 10-15 minutes later, there was a knock on the door - and my food was there. I look and see the delivery guy running down the street to his car. So he delivered it to the wrong house, and ran it over. About 5-10 minutes later, the shop calls me and it was a different person from when I called. She asked me when I was coming in to pick up my food. I told her I had a scheduled for delivery, took about an hour, I called for a refund but was told that my food was going to be delivered anyway, and I have no idea where a pickup option fell into the mix. They seem annoyed, but I'm not at fault here. I have worked in the food service and delivery industry, and I understand that boo boo's happen, but two in a row and hair in the food makes us not want to order from here again.
When I ordered the lady who answered had spoken so rudely to me and didn't even get my order correct. I just wanted to say that Domino's customer service is really going down the drain nowadays. I'm very disappointed by this. I feel that they should be nicer especially when it comes to their customers because we are the ones who boy their product(s) and make them money. I just can't even.
The first time we ever ordered from them last week, there was a hair cooked INTO the food, not just stuck on top. They sent a 20% discount for the issue. Tried using coupon today, we place the order online for delivery, I ordered at 6:04, Fernando the delivery driver went out at 6:18. I could see him driving all around Point Pleasant and Brick. while his car was down in Princeton Avenue on the map, all of a sudden my order said it was delivered. I went to my front door, and it was not there. I checked the neighbor to the left, the neighbor to the right, and the neighbor across the street. No food to be found. I called the shop, and told them that I wanted a refund. she asked me If it was the order with item A and B, I told her not only was it item A and item B, but there was also an item C in an item D, I wanted to make sure I was going to get a full refund. she told me she was going to refund the money and my food should be there any minute. Okay great. about 10-15 minutes went by, and I heard a knock on the door. I opened the door, and I see my food, and I see the delivery driver running down the street back to his car. So he dropped it off a few houses down, came back, picked it up off the porch, and put it on our porch. So the food was late and cold. Then about 5-10 minutes after that the shop calls me back, and it's a different lady from when I called the first time, and she's asking me when do I want to come and pick up my food. I explained to her that it was an online delivery that got botched and the other lady I spoke to said I was going to get a refund in my food replaced, and my food was just dropped off. This second lady asked the first lady if she wanted to talk to me because there was apparently some kind of dispute between the two of them over what I said. Not ever once was this supposed to be a pickup. Needless to say, after two poor experiences and a row and then going on to Google reviews and seeing everybody else's one star reviews with the same complaints...I will not be ordering from this location again.
Super friendly staff!!! Always look forward to going there...
Enjoy Dominos? Good, me too. Enjoy actually ordering Domino's? Well this isn't the location for you.Staff seems to routinely close early and refuse to answer the phone. Currently been on hold for 30 minutes.Solid team.
Gotta say it's great when it delivers but sometimes they just cancel the order for no reason and don't pick up the phone when you call, horrible business practice to keep customers
