Not the kind of place you want to be at post 8pm.the staff is basic, not friendly but, based on the typical clients they serve, probably as to be expected.

Wendy 's on South Ave and Terryl road in Plainfield has lost their food quality as well as their customer service.Friday we ordered a baked potato with chili and cheese and we received one with a very small amount of chili. My husband had to get up from our table and request they put more chili on the potato.My burger was under cooked and flavorless.I highly doubt we will go back to the place.
Very unprofessional night time manager.I went to the drive threw at 12:30am the drive thru cashier was rude as well. when I got to the window the manager was there as well I told him his attitude is rude. I explained I to am a manager you have to check your attitude as I drove away I heard him state she is being 'Extra'. Not the type of attitude I would like to deal with after a hard day of work. My only advice is try to be a little more professional.

Food is good. They were out of Baked Potatoes. It is a fairly clean restaurant. Salads are good. Restaurant is not always clean.
Too many times now I've gone through the drive through and didn't get what I ordered. The workers are unprofessional and seemingly playing. You order a double stacks and when you get home, you have single hamburgers. They give you whatever they want. You pay good money to be treated like garbage. I will never go back. One star is too generous.
I order a biggie bag today at Wendy’sOnce I received my order I was so excited to eat my food because i love me some biggie bag, it’s cheap and delicious. once I bite into my chicken nugget, there was a bone in my chicken nugget. I almost threw up, I throw my whole food away wasted 12.98 because I used Grubhub. Never again!!!!!!
Those fries were not hot and crispy. What an I supposed to do? Wait in line another 10 minutes because they're guaranteed? Burger wasn't bad
Food is great however my order was completely wrong . I go for job so order is always big now I need to check n4 leaving .
