Drive thru cashier couldn’t understand simple order , I think they should reinforce drug tests to newer workers ,Her eyes blood shot
It was bad they couldn’t take my order and the drive-thru lady use bad language and no customer service skills
Good service ,fast,but you need to check your order before leaving premises,check your order especially at takeout window...
Will never go back here. Called corporate twice on this location and still haven't heard back from the "owners". McDonald's customer service is a joke. Eddie, the store manager, is rude and supports his employees' rude behavior as well. Just disgusting that this local location is this way. Being a Plainfield resident for 30+ years I've definitely watched it changed but now it's the worse it's ever been.
Every time I went inside the McDonald's and Plainfield New Jersey every time I go in there my food is always hot I mean everything cannot be perfect and therealways clean. Thank you McDonald's for your patience. I know there's NO restaurant or business is going to be easy as you go on and you get house cleaning with your whichever you work for especially McDonalds they will work with you say you don't have your ID well they'll give you like maybe a week to get your stuff straight so that you can work in the main signs I'll let you work until you get your ID but they're going to give you a time frame here. such hard work here is it wasn't for McDonald's I don't know what I would do LOL!
I just left the drive thru i was given the wrong bun for my double cheeseburger my fries were cold no salt , i asked for a small fruit punch for my child but the lady put a medium and said it was the same price , when i asked for it to go in a small cup she said its made already, if i wanted my kid to have a medium i would have asked anyways about 5 mins after eating my food i threw up , i get that drive thru is busy at night but they need to do better and care about their customers
manager and staff are super rude, i placed a mobile order and when it told me it was ready they kept telling me they didnt have it and told them to help me out, the manager started giving me attitude saying “thats not my problem” was so close to cursing her out
I ordered some fries and the fries were hot and very delicious
I don’t believe I’m giving McDonalds a 5 star review. But it’s all about the staff, this particular Mickey D’s hired the right combination of people to work there. I would travel an extra 20 minutes to visit this store even though the food tastes just like the one across the street from me
I'm very disappointed again with the very poor costumes service, I have two orders drive big Mac with two French fries , one missing got home I call them, I have a lady claimed she's the manager, I have received so she can't refund the fries, she toll me I have come back there with my credit card, she can refund it , and that's not the first time, she nasty with and refuge to give me her name , I will call back tomorrow, I'm not let this go ,
