Always mess up your order and intentional overcharge you in hopes that you don’t realize. Terrible.
This place is trash. The people in there as also rude ( customer service terrible) & they don't EVER get your order right. I told them light ice & they filled my entire cup with ice. I barely got any of my drink. & be careful with your debit/credit cards because some of the employees try to look at your card numbers!In the picture is how much of my drink i actually got, when I myself had to take ALL the ice they put in the cup. & I ordered a large & basically paid for a small ( considering the amount of my drink I actually got)
Was in drive thru line for almost 25 minutes for just 4 drinks! There seems to be only 2 people working in there. One manager who didn’t even apologize for taking too long and one crew who doesn’t seem to know what he’s doing. If you ever pass in this store, be prepared to wait like as if you are waiting for a meal to be cooked!
Do you like snaking on bacon, this place by far has de best, no kidding.

When I order on door dash and it is from this store, they always get the order wrong, I am very disappointed. But Ifigured I give them another try, Today I ordered again and again they got the order wrong.?♀️?♀️

My experience with this Dunkin Donuts was subpar. I ordered a medium Iced matcha latte; They definitely got the iced part down(see pic). The cup was more iced than the actual drink itself. if you ever frequent this establishment and you order anything "ICED". I'd make sure you ask for less Ice or half ice in order for you to get a decent amount of the drink that you actually ordered.
